Iceland Supermarket Hayes

Highly recommended shopping centre at heart of hayes town , very clean and tidy , helpful staffs and self check in is the added attraction , large choices of frozen food , highly recommend for local people . 5 stars 5 stars 5 stars .

Well laid out, good selection of products, helpful staff.

The parking is refunded when you take your Copy of the ticket to the till. Using the app helps you if you shop here regularly. The isles are a bit narrow but has everything you need .
The shop is stocked adequately.
Paying at the tills is much quicker than your other rival discount chains which helps if your in a hurry.

Many products available in store, wheelchair friendly entrance and at the check-out points. Staff are busy but friendly laid back. The shelf are never empty it is always fully stocked great job at this branch.

Staff are always helpful and willing to help. I had only come in for the bread - which tastes absolutely great by the way. I'd recommend also for vegan selections - if you're lucky there might be multi-buy deals (top tip).

Very fast and good value

Was sad to see biscuit on the shelve next to soap powder and the smell was over powering, I said to a worker that it's not good to have the food that close to the soap powder and ask him to tell the manager and it's still is.

Well stocked, able to get the white fish fillets I wanted. There was a special offer on the Oomph vegetarian products so I bought two that I hadn't tried before. Clean store. Pleasant staff.

Nice shop, lots of choices. Good prices. would have been even nicer if the lady at the checkout had acknowledged me, said hello and thanks. Never mind you can't have everything!!! I'll go to self checkout next time, the lady there was very helpful.

Is perfect for people who don't have time or don't want to prepare their dishes. There you can buy a ready plate with different cuisine.

Great place for food shopping specially frozen food

Great selection of food not busy parking wasn't easy bit impressed with the shop and lay out

I had to go and pick up a parcel for my daughter from the sorting office there and I was served straight away by a really friendly guy and then I popped into Iceland to pick up my ribs as they no longer sell them in the Southall branch which is a nuisance as I always used to get them there for the last 10years or more but I got served by a lovely lady when I was in there .

Great place to get ready meals and meats for sandwiches. Conveniently located near the hotel which makes it easy to grab something and bring it back to cook up. Not a big store, but a good selection of options to choose from. Wheelchair accessible.

Variety of eatables,frozen foods, drinks, kitchen and household requirements under one roof. Busy supermarket but the staff are helpful.

Shopping at Iceland has improved for me, it is a much better shopping experience. I no longer have to queue to enter the store, they have installed self service check outs. Almost always have the products I'm looking for. It's where I do my main shop.

Shopped at Iceland today as a rare occasion, and was surprised at how well the store looked, not like other Icelands, I needed help with locating items and a young handsome man called zoheb helped me, put a smile on my face and definitely made a returning customer! Thank you!
