Bargain Superstore

I was in the store in hounslow about 5 weeks ago with my mum shopping and I could hear someone swearing and shouting for the manager as I have done security I went to the main door and said to the guy please can you stop swearing and shouting as there are children in the store and older people and they were scared I said the staff are getting the manager and he seamedto calm down so I was about to walk away and he went to pick up the little bottles of water from the front of the store and thro them I said don't do that you might hit someone with them he then put it down and started shouting I want to speak to the manager iwent over to a member of staff and ask when would the manager come to see him I said I would stand by to make sure everyone was safe some member of the public then rang police and the guy left I was not happy at the way this went form zero to 10 in seconds
