Hi after completing online review thought I would spare a moment to review this excellent local Waitrose store. Whilst not the largest store it is well stocked with a great range of fresh and shelf staples. The thing that really makes it though is the staff all of them are friendly and interact with customers (especially Mel and the guy who looks like Rod Stewart who are both so good with making older customers feel valued and special). I believe that this in today's busy world is important as for that person the interaction maybe the only one of the day/week.
I also know that I get with offers and Waitrose essentials range I obtain great food at a competitive price.

Bought some Winter plants. Very good and much better than the almost dead ones for sale at Asda.

Waitrose has finally got with the times and had more self scan tills that actually work in there. What’s more they have friendly partners in helping out. I have been served by Mary Jo and Sam this week. I have heard some people complaining about the tills not being manned and having to queue whilst they wait for someone but that is their choice to wait for a till. The new self serve tills are fast and reliable, with the occasional security scale ping. Put it this way if someone offered you a lift home in a Ferrari, would you carry on waiting at the bus stop?

Very helpful lady on Fish counter and on the meat counter. Knowledgeable and spent time to listen do they could offer best advice. Good range of products and if you think its expensive it doesn't have to be as their Essentials range us good quality and well priced. Never had any issues with dates or quality which can't be said for other supermarkets.

Always a pleasant shopping experience. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

In one sentence the produce is that good. I know it can be expensive but shop smart a bag of frozen peas 1.20 and 4 Angus burgers less than 3 pounds. There's a good sized car park toilets in the store and currently safety measures in place staff are always helpful

Lovely store and never seems to be busy. But maybe times I go are just off peak. Anyway nice to have store to myself! Lots of good food. Always look inviting. Meat counter helpful. Waitrose own products are very good.

Thankfully this store is where it is, constitutes a contrast to neighbouring Asda and other stores in Weston. Products are better quality than everywhere else, also the store offers organic vegetables.

Very clean and tidy store. Nicely laid out, and relaxing to walk around, with plenty of space in the aisles. A great selection of high quality goods.

Helpful and kind staff. The store is light and roomy with good signposting. The coffee shop had a good range of cakes and breakfast items. The coffee was not barista but fine. The cafe was busy from about 10am although there seemed to be a few spare tables.

We called in today to Waitrose in Weston-super-Mare to purchase some Robinsons Fruit Creations Apple and Elderflower flavour.
Sadly they were out of stock, but we received excellent service from Manny (hope spelt that correctly) a member of staff who directed us to an alternative and felt it deserved a mention.
We used to shop here before moving last year out of the area. Such a pity we do not have a Waitrose where we now live.

It's convenient for me with good parking (incl disabled). There are always lots of offers so I quite often pay less than I would at ASDA next door. Good range of food and some interesting choices in toiletries/cosmetics.

Very clean,well arranged shop with fresh bakery products, coocked meats And coffee as well -they serve sandwiches and hot drinks and more..

Nice spacious aisles so easy to social distance. Staff very friendly. Deli counter closes at 8pm although store open until 9pm.

A lovely store & welcoming staff make shopping a good experience.

It's Waitrose... Usually well stocked, polite, helpful staff. Nice cafe.

Very good quality stock, nice fresh fish counter, good cafe and a small stock of usually healthy garden plants
