Halfords - Weston Super Mare

Brilliant service today from Lewis and Jason! Thank you so much. Found an old receipt from August 2022 in their system, looked at and replaced my battery under guarantee. All done in 45 minutes.

Excellent service staff were very helpful and considerate. Definitely will go back to them.

I visited late this afternoon in a panic over my trailer possibly being too heavy for my car. The 2 guys serving (and they were very busy, I’d say in need of more staff) were so kind so helpful and I left feeling so much more confident after their advice. They took extra time with all the customers and gave a super service all round. They should be thanked by the management.

Fixed my child’s bike and gave good advice on another.
Always been impressed with the standards of customer service from the staff at Halfords Cycle Centre in Weston. They’re always keen and most importantly they all have been genuinely interested in helping and fixing. Really do think this is a top place to buy kids bikes from.

Called in Weston super Mare Branch this morning for smome new headlight bulbs
Russel the Tech guy was absolutely brilliant how he managed to get his hands into such a small space I' ll never know But he did it in the rain sorted the problem out
Got me to join the Halfords Club did the free checks and found all but a small windsreen wiper ok plue the radiator water expansion tank needs topping up
To me Russell went that extra half mile and made sure that I could drive my car safely Also gave me a price for a new battery plus fitting Although the checks proved the battery is ok at the moment At least I now know were I can get a battery fitted at a reasonable price

Chose and ordered a bike for my son , I wanted to make a change to the bike and the cycle team were very helpful, can’t thank them enough.

Once again today, top of the range customer care in the autocentre (£500) and in the store too (£400). Couldn't ask for more. Brilliant!

However, it would be great if the store and garage were spruced up to make each a nicer place for the staff to work in and not appear so drab for customers. Please put your hand in your pocket Mr Halford; It's the least you could do to acknowledge the excellence of your staff.

The team in the bicycle section were amazing, Andrew and Matt, really helpful and knowledgeable. It took four days for my Raleigh Felix + e bike to arrive and Brandon and Tom were so kind and helpful when I went to collect the bike, with which I am very pleased! I can't fault the service, it was an absolute pleasure.

Brilliant experience, the technician really went a long way to be sure my granson (he's 15 and 6'3") was happy with the bike and how it worked including setting up the ride height, adjusting the lights, fit of helmet, correct use of lock etc. I'm 70 and been cycling for more that 55 years and this was a beyond expectations experience. I would buy for myself from Halfords without hesitation now. Well done Halfords staff!

I had really great service today from Joe when collecting my new eBike from Halfords in Weston-super-Mare today. Joe took the time to show me the controls and adjust the seat and brake levers Etc and even carried the bike to the door. He's an asset to Halfords.

Young lad wearing 18 today today badge helped me with my click and collect order.
Lovely customer service from the chap, carefully double checked I had everything I wanted and the order was correct.
