Highbridge Caravan Centre

We purchased our first caravan from Highbridge recently - Swift 2012 Fairway 554. We were very impressed with every member of staff that we had interacted with as part of this purchase.

We naturally had a lot of Qs to ask and all were answered and helped to put our mind at rest.

The caravan handover process was excellent and Jackie really helped us to fully understand how everything works and connects up etc.

Jack really helped us to select and secure our ideal caravan and answered all our questions fully, even on his days off - excellent customer service.

Mike was also very very helpful with the purchase process and gave us a great deal on the additional purchase of a motor mover, again, excellent customer service.

Well done to everyone at Highbridge, we fully appreciated all your help and patience with us as newbie caravanners. Paddy & Amanda.

We went to see about buying an Awning, we saw Justin who told us anything and everything there is to know about awnings.
He was not pushy at all. We left to think about it as the awning we liked was £2,800. Justin was fine about it.
We returned on Monday to purchase the awning and made sure Justin served us. Thank you Justin.

A very friendly place to visit. The staff never push but are always on hand to help if required.
The selection of motorhomes and caravans is simply vast. It has to be one of the biggest in the west for choice.
As regards the prices, they always seem very good compared to most pka es you visit.
Spares and accessories are as good a price as anyone on line.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Our visit was an emergency one whilst we were on holiday. They booked us in immediately and the work was carried out, and so pleased they did, as it involved a few hrs work. All the staff were friendly and very professional. A special thanks to Kras, who was our very thorough mechanic, and also to Graham who dealt with everything at the aftersales desk. Thank you to all of you, as we can now continue with our holiday with peace of mind.

We were so impressed by the friendly but entirely professional service we experienced at Highbridge. No wonder so many caravans on our site have their hitch covers! From Nathan in sales, to Martin in handover everyone knew their role perfectly and made us feel welcome and valued. We just love our second hand caravan and the experience of buying it through Highbridge . And the delivery man was a true gentleman as well!

Fantastic selection of caravans. Honest information on each one, stickers on the window show if any issues with it (if it's soft in any areas). The service we received was outstanding and the shop is great. Picking up our new 'van next week 🥳

Huge range of caravans, really useful if like us you are trying to narrow down what configuration you want. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. It is dog friendly which is really helpful too.
