Great experience using Ashton Domestics. Had a look on their Euronics website for the dishwasher I wanted so knew price was competitive. Went into the showroom to have a look. Large displays over two floors of appliances including the one I was interested in. Selected without any pushy sales chat. Ordered and they had it in stock. had it delivered and fitted within 2 days. They took the old appliance away. Excellent, prompt, polite, tidy, efficient fitters. Use or loose your local shops!

Absolutely 100% Phoned just before 5 on Saturday, so helpful on phone, nothing too much trouble. Fridge Freezer and double oven delivered and installed by 11am Monday!! They came out to see whether they could repair our 20 year old double oven or not. They said it could be repaired and despite its age did not press us to buy a new one from them however we opted for a replacement. We bought from them and the initial call out charge for the potential repair was cancelled.
New oven delivered on next working day (which was a Monday). Friendly & efficient installation.
Fitting charge half of major online company's quote and free disposal of old oven included.
Competitive price as well for the new oven.

Good service went in Friday and had washer delivered and fitted Monday. Good prices will probably go again.

Went into Ashton Domestic Appliances Ltd last Wednesday afternoon to look for a new dishwasher. Spoke to Oliver, and with his help we decided which model to get. There was no pushy sales talk. A very pleasant guy, he even apologised for not being able to deliver the machine until today [Monday] I was expecting to have to wait longer. He said it would be delivered today between 10 and 12. Just before 10 this morning the van turned up and Wayne & Josh got straight on with removing the old machine and installing the new one. All done in about 30 minutes. Everything back to the way it was, no mess left and the machine was tested before they went away. Both polite friendly guys. This has been a very good experience and I will be going to Ashton Domestic Appliances Ltd whenever I need any new appliances. Can't rate them highly enough

The staff were helpful, knew their products well and gave helpful advice. I purchased a washer/dryer and they included delivery of the new one and removal of the old one in the price. Delivery and removal service was punctual, quick and well done, including connecting up the new appliance and leaving it ready to use.

Fantastic service, and very helpful. Told them what we wanted and the first product was perfect. Same day delivery with no charge and they took the old appliance away 10/ 10

Ashton sent a fridge engineer out who fixed our fridge fast for a reasonable price. Gary had a great knowledge of fridges and was extremely pleasant, the callout time was only a few days and he was dead on time. Can highly recommend.

Needed a freezer unable to find one due to covid19
looked on line found Ashton domestics. We visited the store the lads in there were so friendly and helped us finding a freezer that suited our needs. We ordered it a was told it would be delivered free of charge it was even delivered a day early. All we can say is thanks lads great job freezer excellent and when we need other electrical appliances we'll be visiting you first
Only could give five stars for a 10 star first class service.

Just had new dishwasher fitted. Excellent service as always from Ashton Domestics. Fitter even fixed cupboard door hinge for us. This is our fourth kitchen appliance from them and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Always given good advice in the shop, they sell you the appliance which best fits your needs rather than the most expensive. Plus they now take away your old appliance for free.

Great products , a great service as you always find a generous help whenever needed . Lucky to have them in Preston

Very helpful staff. No pressure sales. Took on our ideas/research and pointed us in the direction of solution (Tumble Dryer). No extra costs for removing old dryer or plumbing in new one

My built in oven died 24 hours before the second lockdown, called into Ashton domestics at 9am to buy a new one, staff were very helpful in selecting a new one, even better they fitted it same day, it is so worth while supporting local business’ who are able to offer such brilliant service
