Very pleasant experience at ds furniture in Crosshands, just went in for a look around the stores and got chatting to a gentleman called Steve, who made us feel welcome and ended up buying a bamboo pillow so I would highly recommend u pay a visit here as it is a nice store and the staff are fab, way better than leekes btw

Visited on a Sunday and bought a number of items including a lovely photo of Tenby harbour, it's a lovely showroom and we were left to look without a pushy sales person bothering us however we were kindly greeted by the sales person who we ended up buying from because he left us alone and if we needed anything he would be on hand, I was going to take the photo with me though we decided to get everything delivered.On the day of delivery 🚚 (they were excellent,put it all away for me) I noticed that the photo was damaged and I called the store and spoke to the Manager Adam who again was excellent and arranged for me to collect a new photo in the local Swansea store,he was very sorry that it was damaged and he was very professional in the way he dealt with the issue, would definitely return to Adam's store in Cross Hands

Bought a mattress for my son. Hands down the comfiest mattress and such a reasonable price! Man at the cross hands store was very helpful

Great selection of furniture/sofas to choose from, ordered our new corner sofa with a 10-12 week lead time but was ready for delivery in 9 weeks.

Lovely furniture, just bought 2 door sliding door wardrobe good quality. Finally put wardrobe up, easy & simple instructions, very pleased with it, there were parts missing, but phoned on Easter Monday & they dropped off another kit on Wednesday to finish job, great customer service. 10/10

Nice furniture, had some issues at delivery as the wrong products were delivered but this was quickly sorted by staff. Would recommended.
