Tesco Mobile

We visited the store to buy a phone charger, but Tom convinced us to buy two new phones. This man is a top salesman.

We have returned several times since then and Tom has been very kind and patient with us. We are not very tech savvy so we appreciate everything he does for us.

You’re brilliant. Thomas and Alex are brilliant people. They’re helpful, kind, and caring staff that listen to people. Not rude and obnoxious like the other companies that don’t like to talk to you. And they’re good at selling good items and they explain things.

We went here yesterday to have my husband's new phone set up with a Tesco Mobile account plus I wanted to ask some questions. The gentlemen there were friendly and very informative. Thomas helped us and answered all of our question completely. I wish that we had written down his colleague's name. He was great, also. All of the contacts off my phone were transferred so that my husband could have them on his phone. They did that for us quickly ! (We would not have known where to begin. I see some reviews were negative, but they were very very old. When we left it was "Come back if you have any problems." Very positive experience !
