Excellent customer service provided by the 2 men today in the shop. They explained everything I needed to know about the Vax carpet washer I purchased and they put it together for me, so I was ready to wash my carpet's as soon as I got home. Also the machine does a brilliant job, the carpets look like new.

Fantastic service, we purchased a new electric cooker from AW Myhill, having previosly had a gas cooker. We had problems finding a gas engineer to disconnect the gas cooker and cap of the connection. After several missed callouts, AW Myhills offered to organise a gas enginner they used for work. They took it of our hands, organised some dates for the engineer and delivery and installation of the new cooker. The gas enginner turned promptly in the morning and then AW Myhills phoned after he had finished to say they could delivery straight away.

Cant recommend enough, very helpfull, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. Delivery and installation guys are also fantastic. This is the third time we have used them and will be again.

Our electrical item was cheaper than online and could be picked up same day. While there, we got knowledgable advice and comparisons about other kitchen kit that we'll need to replace soon Always worth trying to #BuyLocal first!

Having been recommended by 2 people , we had Brilliant service today, phoned at 9.15am spoke to very helpful staff , new washing machine delivered and plumbed in and first load done by 3pm ! Excellent 👌

My fridge freezer died yesterday. Was very pleased to be able to buy a new one at Myhills this morning and it was delivered this afternoon. Good price and excellent service.

Disgraceful!! brought a new BT phone, got home to find it was second hand, even had a personal recorded message on it, took it back, no apology, they didn't even seem surprised nor embarrassed! Not good enough trying to sell second hand items as brand new.
