Gemma was one of the best decisions I made during our wedding planning. Although I found a dress I loved, it wouldn’t have been MY dress without Gemma’s incredible tailoring and attention to detail. I was nervous and worried about making the changes but Gemma worked her magic from the intricate changes to the lace sleeves to the incredibly difficult altering to the length and train. She was patient, professional, honest and a true master/ artist! I can’t recommend her enough and would recommend her to any family and friends.

Gemma was amazing! She made alterations to my wedding dress and basically made a new dress to fit me! Can’t thank her enough, it was beautiful! Would highly recommend.

Gemma was amazing, she skilfully altered my wedding dress and really took the time to understand what I wanted and explained what could be done with the dress I chose. Gemma was patient, kind and an absolute miracle worker when it came to the alterations with my wedding dress. She shared my vision and basically had to take it all apart and remake it. She is obviously a master of her craft and reassured me when I couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel!! Delayed swelling from a recent operation I had threw a spanner in the works so she then had to remove another 3” from my hips but did this efficiently and professionally. She also altered my Mum’s Mother of the Bride dress along with my sisters Maid of Honour dress all in time to be collected together. Thank you Gem for bringing my dream wedding dress to reality!

Amazing lady! Took my dress into her as it needed to be taken in. Before this I had got to the point where I started to fall out of love with my wedding dress. Gemma was so friendly and helpful and really put me at ease. She has worked wonders with my dress and I absolutely love it again. You wouldn’t even know it’s been altered ! What a brilliant service we received form Gemma! From the start, she was warm, inviting and professional. My daughter had a dress that needed some alterations - it needed to be made shorter and to be taken in. Gemma was quick to complete the work and the dress was absolutely perfect. Gemma did an amazing job of altering an evening dress I had for a cruise back in July last year. It was the second time I’d gone to her for a dress alteration.

I always thought with being a small,short bride I wouldn't be able to have a long dress but on a dress fitting at City brides in Norwich gemma came up and spoke to me about how we can change the long dresses and that you wouldn't even notice.
I was then sold and picked my dress.
On the day of my alterations Gemma was amazing and made me feel so comfortable and adjusted my dress perfectly and wasn't rushed. When I collected my dress oh my goodness you couldn't even tell that it had been altered at all, and it fitted me perfectly.

Gemma did my alterations on my wedding dress and Let. Me. Tell. You!... She was AMAZING! She went above and beyond for me! And I LOVE the fact shes such a perfectionist because I am! So anything I had my eyes on that needed a tweak she also caught it too! Loved that!

Gemma was the missing piece to the puzzle of pulling my wedding dress together. She is such a warm and welcoming lady, I was worried about a fitting but I shouldn’t have done she instantly put me at ease and it was a relaxed atmosphere. I had a beautiful dress, but with her incredible work and talent, she made it into my dream dress and fitting! After my appointment with her I felt like everything had fallen into place. Her skill and knowledge is impeccable. She had the eye for detail, knowing where to pinch in at the right places and what lace appliqué to move where , I was in awe watching her really as she is so talented. On the day I took home the dress, it fitted like a glove it was perfection and you would have never had known if had been altered or any lace had been moved. The time, the stitching, everything was to the highest standard. I was worried because the quality was so high, would the price be as well.. but no she was more then reasonable with her pricing and would happily recommend or go to her again for any alterations 👗 thankyou!

After purchasing my dream wedding dress, i arrive at grmmas to have it altered only to find out the dress had been made incorrectly, Gemma put my mind at ease and after multiple visits, and her incredible talent I started to see my self for the first time in my beautiful wedding dress that Gemma helped make perfect I had so many comments of how beautful it was.
