Friendly staff! Great quality convenience in a compact store. Car park with electric charging points also a bonus. Only disappointment is a recent reorganisation of the shop floor and somewhat reduced range of goods. Not sure the 'B' word has anything to do with it???

We thoroughly enjoyed last Christmas: Wait rose and partners’ all butter minced pies, made with a festive blend of vine fruit, candied mixed peel, cinnamon and nutmeg. These are so so so yummy and so well made pies

They lasted us for over two weeks in fridge, so shelf life is good too.

The taste is so good, always rest assured about the quality here,

Nice local store need more stock...for example ortiz brand of tuna and sardines rather then just the basic version of their own

Lovely bright, open & airy shop, a great outlet, (just a shame it occupies what was a great large pub). Only downside is there are disabled spaces opposite the entrance which appear not to be managed, as often non-blue badge drivers park there.

Looks like the pink grapefruits are back in stock. They're really sweet I brought about 7 of them

Today, I took my children shopping with me and suddenly my son, started feeling sick. Without being prompted one of the managers( assumption) sprung into action and quickly made my son as comfortable as possible, got him a bag and a bottle of water.

I can honestly say, this was such a class act and I was touched by his actions and the sincerity of it.

Waitrose you have a customer for life now and I would like you to pass on my thanks and gratitude to this incredible member of staff you have. I didn’t grab a name but he was an older gent, about 55 years of age and was an absolute legend. Thank you for all your help sir, you were different class.

Absolutely enjoy the services at Waitrose. Despite being pricey, the product is very good quality. I love that my shopping is controlled and within a budget rather than the temptation of impulse buying due to cheap price. Staff is so kind, helpful and patient which is a bonus.

This small store was very Covid-19 safe and the staff were friendly and very polite. It has a wide range of food items. It should be noted, the security guard at the front entrance was not wearing his mask correctly. (over both the mouth and nose!) as were all the staff and shoppers inside the store!!

Good selection and layout, polite staff, even friendly I would say. But the best part, for people like myself who are extremely impatient, is that they manage the tills and checkouts so one does not have to wait an age to get out!

Like many others, on my way to work every morning I like to stop off at one of the many stores I pass to buy my lunch and things i might need for home.
However since Waitrose in Winchmore Hill has opened it is the only store I stop at and it's not for the free coffee either as I pass two other Waitrose's on my way. It is the amazing customer service I receive from the staff there. I am sure many will agree with me when I say that this is hard to find nowadays. Two young ladies in particular, Debbie and Davina, always go the extra mile with their warm, friendly and helpful manner.
I sincerely hope the management there appreciate their staff!

Easy to use app. Very useful when shopping in a small local when busy. Great feature in that it highlights the special offers on a product you have picked, e.g. two for a lower individual price. Speeds up checkout, immensely. All you need to do is scan every product as you pick it, and place them in your bag. At checkout, your scan a barcode on the checkout and pay. Lives it.
