Had no problems.
In and out in less than half hour with my own shopping trolley filled.
Went through self service

Aldi is awesome.

I always go to Aldi for my essentials and the excellent selection of grinders or blankets along side groceries never ceases to amaze me.

There is always a security guard on hand if you need protection from the local riff raff trying to mug you for money to get thier next fix.

The best thing here though is the self service checkouts, they leave half of them closed because one member of staff cant manage all 8 of them while standing around idle half the time. A quality that Tesco or Asda cant seem to rise to.

Go and experience the awesome choice at Aldi.

You wont regret it!

I had a fantastic shopping experience at Aldi on Duncan Road in Gillingham. The store is well-organized, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The variety and quality of products exceeded my expectations, and the prices are unbeatable.

However, it's disheartening to witness some customers treating store items carelessly, leaving them on the floor or damaging products. The staff work hard to maintain a clean and organized environment, and such behavior is unfair to both the dedicated employees and fellow shoppers. Let's all do our part to keep this excellent store in top condition. Five stars to Aldi for their outstanding service!

Great place to shop, fresh produce always good, helpful staff nothing is a problem

I love Aldi, The price is affordable and fare value for money, I my glade that in this time we can still get good quality food at a price we can all afford.

I got lots of things i wanted like trears for my cat and my favourite stuff

Great supermarket and friendly helpful staff. Nice selection of food at an affordable price. Not to mention the bargain bins! You never know what bargains you will find. Click and collect service also very good and staff and management good if a mistake occurs. They kept a bag of my shopping in the chill room by mistake, gave me a bunch of flowers for my trouble and refunded my click and collect fee. Great service.😘Aldi really need to construct an out door shelf or ledge that click and collect customers can use to place shopping on before it goes into the customers car boot.☺

A regular place to visit and see lots of bargains. Always friendly and helpful staff l find their products really good value. See you again soon.

I go weekly to Aldi they have good producr at good prices and a few things you don't see anywhere else

Very busy, but i love it. Here they won't run out of products. Lol

Always well stocked...only complaint....I end up spending too much on the special buys etc lol. Loving the dragonfly solar lights for the garden and will be back for at least another 3 sets. Have to also say having ordered online for cold frames etc for ease, the website and delivery was great

Other than being falsely accused of stealing , it's a good place .

Always a nice place to shop well situated within Gillingham town centre. They have self checkouts now so shopping is a lot faster!
