I've been here few times and I'm always happy with the experience, it's a cool place to spend time with your family or loved one especially during the weekend even just for a walk. There's always a lot to see and if you're not careful you'll end up spending more time there than planned. Staff is great and very professional. They sell almost all you can need to finish your house apart from electrical stuff.

This is my first visit to IKEA. It’s a huge store with plenty of free parking. It’s very busy atm ( Sunday) I purchased some items ie a unique light stand and some metal food serving dishes. We were herded through the huge checkout system due to the store closing at 5 pm, but luckily I managed to try the IKEA famous meatballs that I’ve heard so much about. Will definitely return

On my latest ikea visit, it was lovely to see that they offer a nursing area and that their baby changing room was clean and well kitted.

I also noticed that they offer free baby food with a meal or fruit with a child's meal.

So I bought: 6 glasses, 2 medium Pyrex dish and lids, 1 xl Pyrex dish and lid, stainless steel frying pan and saute pan with lid, chopping board, stainless steel colinder, 2 plastic jugs, potato peeler, cheese greater, chopping board, whisk and a sieve. All for £122. Not bad at all. I wish I had time and money to go here more often.

I don't know why but I really like IKEA, it's well cool and this store just off junction 9 of the M6, is a big store with loads of parking space. But it can get very busy at times...
A wide variety of products, selling everything from cushions to wardrobes and 60p 🌭 hotdogs to beds, plus most things in-between.
There is some really good quality stuff, that give good value for money among the items for sale - all you have to do is sort it out and pick your own taste

I love the ikea experience. Their new range was very eye catching and though I only went in for one thing I couldn’t help but fill my trolley!

I only ever come here as my Mrs loves the place, to me it's hell on earth, cant stand walking miles around, looking at endless stuff we don't ever need. Queue for ages in the restaraunt. Dismantle the car to get everything in. The only thing i enjoy is actually putting all the flat pack stuff together, very rewarding when you've managed it.

Better than shopping online. Great displays, lots of ideas and yes the prices have risen like everywhere. However very pleased with our purchases. Every member of staff super helpful. And to top it off a part needed for a hi-lo desk bought several years ago was sent direct to me f.o.c. Thanks to excellent customer service team. And now the desk is back working⬆⬇ again. We also ate at the refurbished restaurant it was busy but clean, nice food and very good coffee with free fefills. All in all consistently good and very fair value.

This is a great place for anyone! They have brilliant foods, a hell of a lot of storage and items, nothing takes too long and clearly a lot of effort has been put to this place, there's decor everywhere and all the little examples of mini homes are brilliant for ideas and just to look around. Also the prices are very good, I got one of the best ice creams ever for only 75p! 5 stars!

The peoples furniture store. Just off the M6 ( Jct 9 ) so ideal for anyone to get to if living in the greater West Midlands area. Nice huge car park that is free. Click and collect is to the far side on the right as you drive in with bays marked out for collection. You cant miss the store with its Swedish style colouring of yellow and blue. There is everything to suit all kinds of budgets and styles and fashions. Wether you live in a bedsit or a mansion there is something for everyone and the quality is second to none. Returns policy is straight forward and I have never had an issue. Get there early, enjoy a leisurely breakfast ( very cheap and lovely food ) and amble through the store at your own pace, there are always fab displays and ideas and things you weren't expecting so do look in all the nooks and crannies for ideas. The peoples furniture store is a 1 stop shop for all your needs you wont be disappointed.

Absolutely massive!

This is a great store, little bit of an awkward location to get too, but they have everything you could possibly need and more.

I think there should be an introduction video online for first time shoppers to prepare you for the overwhelming size and range of choices they have!

You can eat at the cafe, half-way-around, and even buy food to take home after you’ve paid for your furniture!

It’s definitely a ‘day-out’ and needs at least two hours set aside to even get around everything.

It's good, very big but very far from Birmingham, if you have car then it's fine but if you go via bus then you need to walk for 1mile up in the end and you can't carry heavy stuff. Wide variety available, its so big that you may lost inside.

Great IKEA! Very well planned out. Not sure I’d want to visit when it’s busy though there isn’t many tills for paying. I also returned an item and the process was very smooth and quick.

I hadn't been to IKEA for about 6 years but found it hasn't changed. Brilliantly and efficiently laid out to make the most of the space. Lots of example rooms on display which realistically represent the small spaces so many of us now have to reside in. Couldn't visit IKEA without experiencing the "mandatory" meatballs and jelly. No change there either....lovely!

Took our assistance dog in training there for the first time this week and the staff were amazing. Helpful, friendly and supportive from customers services and floor staff through to the restaurant staff getting bowls of water and fusses - we were aprihensive as this was a first trip to a shop but the staff couldn't have made it any better ❤
