Tesco Extra

I had came to this supermarket to get the things that I needed.
These are the things that I had got for myself. First, I had got a natural yogurt which was some goats milk flavour thing. Then I also got some apples which was a royal gala one. These apples are red on the outside and were in packs.
Later, after that, I had chosen to get the extract, which was flavoured with peppermint. And then these melted chocolates - the white, milk and the dark. I also got some white chocolate chips along with it.
I asked the woman where the self checkout where they do cash. Then someone showed me where it was.
Would absolutely recommend.

This is the biggest Tesco in @Walsall and most of the items you will get here are #Tesco.
Care park is also there but you have to pay after 1 hour before that it free and don’t lose you Tesco bill after bought items because it needs on the car park to take your car out. If I’m right please follow me and give like 👍

Big, big store. Open 24hours... I do most of my shopping here just because I tend to not shop until 11pm so the 24hours suits me down to the ground. Plenty of parking - but you need to buy at least £5 in Tescos to validate your parking. Their electrical section is quite large. The pharmacy typically really quick and responsive (even at night). It can be a pain late at night getting to some of the shelves when staff are restacking with cages of items blocking the way a lot of the time. But overall a good experience.

I pre ordered some food to click and collect on 23rd from Tesco Extra, Walsall. I received a phone call prior to my collection to say that part of my order could not be found. Very disappointed, but early evening I received another call from a lovely man called Phil. He was concerned that I had not received my goods so he went above and beyond delivering to my door at 8.45pm. Superb customer service, thank you it is really appreciated.

The store itself is quite good, but the car park is interesting.....I have a blue badge, and there are two lanes entering it. So many drivers cross into the inside lane when turning into the parents and accessible parking areas, cutting up those in the correct lane. It's amazing an accident hasn't happened yet.

Always been fine. Sometimes long cues but move along nicely. Same beggers asking for change at every entrance and exit. They seem to forget i gave them change only a few days later. Everything is good. Staff friendly and supports gym parking too.

Lots of vegan options. I also got a full breakfast for 7£ and a haircut for 20£

Good value, now matching some Aldi products on price's. I have had to bring back returns over the years and can honestly say they have exchanged or refunded with no problems. A jet wash of the car park now and again wouldn't hurt.

Brilliant, everything you need under one roof, even toys for my cat. Parking is undercover, so if it's raining, you don't even have to get wet when returning to your car. The travelator thing is brilliant, such a fun addition to the store, I like walking up it the wrong way.

Was really impressed by J in the fruit and veg section - he knew his carrots from his potatoes. I accidentally picked up a bag of carrots to make mash potato.. and J saved me in my tracks. Absolute legend.

Fantastic staff, who go the extra mile for the community they serve.

Good news and bad news
Nice Shopping experience and atmosphere.BUT same old problems which I have spoken to and emailed senior store management.
1 As everyone knows the escalator rarely works.
2.Exellent staff on tills and the shop floor expect not enough shop floor assistants.
3 and this is my favourite gripe prices on shelfs all over the place customers can't work out what they are paying for.And occasionally is more than the price in the wrong place on the shelf.
4. My 2nd favourite gripe and again pointed it out to senior management. The signs above the Isle are incorrect. They state 1 line of goods which is actually 2 Isles down.
Items 2 3 and 4 is just rank bad management my last 10 years in employment was contracts and project management I was part of the professional team that built the Yardley Birmingham store. The items 2 3 4 are purely down to in house management.

It is a good store to shop in , it has not changed much since the last time I was there, a few years ago, but the main difference is in the parking , you now have to check out on the way out. They now have scan and go shopping making it easier, and "club card" making your shopping a little better and cheaper, for some things.

Good store with a good variety of items. Cafe is decent but quite expensive. Only downside is people parking in parent and toddler without a child and taking up spaces they shouldn't. Need more monitoring of that. But actual store is good

Not too busy but it was fairly early. Well stocked shelves and freezers. Great fresh fruit and veg. Free parking today.

Very clear instructions on parking and very easy to find things around store. First time visiting just to pick two items and I did it under 15 minutes. I also didn’t have to pay for parking or get a parking voucher as I was there for less than 30 hours.

Bought filleted mackerel. Wonderful, the assistant obviously realised that I love to eat fish bones and left me as many as she could. People who do not like fish bones caught in their throat might like to be careful. However I love coughing up bones so I am really happy. So happy! Deep joy.

The staff are always friendly and cheerful. Gotta recognise Lisa and James who are always smiling and constantly working. There's only one thing that really bothers me about this Tesco and that has to be the crackheads begging for change and dealing drugs in and around the premises. The bottom car park is one spot that's particularly worse. Have never seen so many skinny People with no teeth begging for change in all my life, they do t even try and hide the fact there using.

Get everything you need under one roof from apples to printer cartridges. Good price too. Staff are always friendly and there is up to two hours free parking for 30 minutes or if you buy £5 worth of goods from store you get your ticket validated which I think is a bargain. I always use this car park when shopping in Walsall.
