Extremely Pleasurable staff. Very polite and attentive on every visit. I do not live close this store but it has now become a part of my routine each day. I like the warm and positive atmosphere upon entering and even more, the "Have a good day sir!" on the way out! :)

Rip off daylight robbery

Went there at 1915hrs today all shut up

The shop lost my eBay delivery so I tried contacting the head office via email.
Over 2 weeks now and not had any response. Very poor service!
Use a different location for click and collect!

Absolutely shocking,I’ve tried on several occasions to pick my eBay item up and it’s been closed in the evening,around 5 o’clock when you expect it to be open

One particular female staff member gives me dirty looks when I go in this shop and a Male member of staff physically stinks. On the whole a very negative shopping experience.
