The shop is set out ok, but the prices! I’ve never seen such expensive prices. Cannot afford to shop here.

This is one of the most expensive shops in the area. £1.30 for a own brand bread what a rip off. I understand the company says they support the local community etc but I am starting to not believe that one bit.

Paid for a membership and went to use it and oh, sorry you cannot use this in this store.. despite getting it from that store.

The staff are useless, rude and seem to not care about the faulty schemes the company has in place such as the co-op membership.

Trying to get hold of customer services on the phone is literally impossible as it constantly says call back later.

This company gains a few hundred extra out of its members for not reducing the prices to member price.
