I used the Buyparcel website. There are some negative reviews, but I really wanted to share my experience with Buyparcel's customer support. I communicated with them via email, and they answered all my questions very clearly. Then I ordered a product from them. I received exactly what was described on their website. I am 100% satisfied with the product and delivery. My recommendation is to use this seller; they are honest and send exactly the product described on their website.

As a DIY’er, I had never heard of this company until scrolling through eBay for any deals on a Bosch jigsaw. This company is a jewel in the crown. Better prices even than the likes of screwfix etc. phoned the company (to ensure this was a genuine company) who explained why they are so competitive. Helpful and straight forward. Bought a BOSCH 18v GST jigsaw kit, and then even managed to get a free GST jigsaw direct from Bosh because of one of their promotional deals. Requested next day delivery when purchased on on a bank holiday Monday, and arrived at 10am Tuesday morning! What’s not to like? Will certainly use again.

So i was super put off by the reviews but decided everyone deserves a chance right? Well i personally cant knock them. Fast delivery. Fantastic price. I ordered the Dewalt Tstack combi box. Only mistake being check the models it fits as my impact fits but my other drill does not. Thats my fault though. And im sure with a few cuts with the multi tool she will fit in nicely.

A wide range of tools etc. I always look here first. Price's are usually some of the lowest. Even if its not the cheapest I still buy just for the reliable service and quality of product. My deliveries have all been on time or better. Can't rate the customer service department as I havent had reason to complain.

Ordered an item on Sunday needing it for Tuesday, arrived on time well packaged and great value. Will use this company again. Only complaint is with the delivery firm for leaving it on the door step in the rain.

Online order couldn’t have been easier. Delivered on time and very well packaged. Radiators ( 2 x large vertical high output) look beautiful and pump out an absolutely enormous amount of heat - exactly what I wanted as they are required to heat very large and open areas of my home. In short I couldn’t be happier with both service and product.

Discussed order (water softener and salt blocks) with really helpful and well informed staff member (Mike). Order arrived on day requested via couriers who notified me of one-hour time slot. So efficient. Water softener in place nearly four weeks and working perfectly, and making a huge difference.

I was looking for solar lights for my back garden and stumbled across a set from buyaparcel. I was a bit apprehensive because I hadn't purchased from them before. Fast forward, I am very pleased with the delivery and quality of the lamps. though one package was already open ( which was expected) all the components were intact. I am very happy and will use them again. Will recommend anytime!

The product was an excellet mini socket set by Bosch, very small and fits in the glove box. Communication from the company was also prompt and lucid. Recommend, this supplier.
