Best staff I have seen….
I went for shopping with a big list behalf of a senior citizen a part of my job and I had only limited time for it,A female staff helped me to finish it quickly, I really appreciate the staff for the help

Very warm, welcoming friendly staff. One of the staff went the extra mile in assisting me with my shopping. She went out of her way to help me and carry some of it to the check out Nothing was too much trouble for her.

great cheap place for frozen and fresh foods I got my Christmas food I'm happy with the value...It's still good value for money even after living crisis

Very friendly staff. Ask them if you can't find what you want. Lots of variety.

I pop in every now and then for a couple of bits they have.
Some prices are higher than other shops, but most are on a par with most supermarkets.
Had plenty of stock in and there's a good choice of what you can possibly need.

Great place to snap up a bargain.
Friendly staff who don't rush you when near closing time.
For the best deals you need to shop online with them.

Only issue for me was that there was only one freezer with meat free options. Maybe because shops is only a small one compared to other Icelands. Food, as always, is great!

They have some very good offers on multi buys, better than any other store we have visited.

Fast service and friendly environment

Was served by a very nice colleague (i forgot to look at his name badge). Very friendly and chatty. He even went that extra mile by packing my bags and helping me carry it out to the car! (I did a BIG shop)
He is a credit to Iceland!

I've not been to Iceland for many years and must say I was pleasantly surprised. Named brands and their equivalents are really good if not better. Good size store and more often than not can park outside store

for the size of the premises the shop was well stocked with a good choice of frozen and non frozen foodstuffs, very polite and helpful staff
