Very pleasant staff. Excellent selection of co op goods. Good value. Also hot drinks etc. A good addition to the local shops. Gave me discount for using my co op membership card. Looks like they will have fresh bread too.

Hi, today I came to the store and had a lovely experience. I was running late as I had to go somewhere but the staff there were amazing mainly the 2 girls on the tills ( couldn’t get their names as I was rushing but they had braces) both amazing, they had great customer service and were very smiley girls. They helped me find the things I needed to grab and the store had really good finds 👍🏽 Will deffo be coming back here for fresh food

So relieved that finally there's an alternative to "Premier / My Local Food and Wine" in Fish Island. That shop has enjoyed a monopolist regime in the area for too long. Competition is very welcome!

Convenient, but a bit of a lob sided selection towards the more unhealthy foods & drinks. Pretty pricey, but what you'll expect from a local supermarket desert / corner store the only option area. In the edge of Fish Island Village near the A12, and a stones throw from the location FIV playground

There's a suspicious number of reviews of this shop, all making very similar comments about the cost of food or lack of fresh stock. Many of them suggest that the 'premier food and wine' is a much better alternative... 🤔 It's not - Welcome is newly opened and so has had a few inevitable teething issues, but in general is cheaper and has better quality food than the premier. Also you can actually use your card for any size of transaction! It's not quite as good as a Sainsbury's local or similar, but the next best thing.

It's pricey and some of their staff are rude. What's worse, they're one of the few shops in the area that still have a minimum spend for card transactions. Competition is very welcome!
