Asda Burton on Trent Superstore

It's a place you can find all sorts of products. Clothing, hair and beauty products, different types of coffee, tea, chocolate, biscuit, beverage, frozen food, preprepared dishes, etc, at generally nice price. The aisles are clean and the shelves are quite organized. The staff is polite and efficient. I like shopping there and recommend it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 😊💜 Five stars for you guys!

Came in for an egg mayo sandwich. Couldn't find the toilet brushes so I asked an assistant called Kyle. Very polite and handsome, really made my day.

Honestly I'm not sure what everyone's complaints are about. I shop here for the ease, scan and bag as you go then a quick and painless checkout unlike the usually frustrating self service tilly where you spend most of your time waiting for someone to help you. Never had any issues with finding the products I need.

It's a lovely place to do shopping but they don't sell single bottle 0.5 L still water except at the exit ( next to Customer Service ) where the sandwiches are.

Pleasant Asda, can usually find everything you need. Parking is free when you shop here too which is always a plus especially given that it’s in the town itself.

I had to take a jacket back that I had bought and I picked up the wrong size by mistake. Unfortunately they didn't have my size and I got a refund. I must say, the lady on the customer service desk was so helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service skills.

Have to say that throughout the COVID-19 pandemic this is by far my favourite supermarket to shop at. Compared to Morrison’s failure of an approach they’re impeccable. The scan & go facility at Asda means there’s never a queue time for tills and the one way system has now been abolished since the introduction of masks in store which makes the experience a whole lot easier!

Hot day- great aircon,but if you're doing a big shop take an extra layer as very cold @ fridge & freezer areas.good choice & happy polite staff. Big clothes sale on.

Pretty cheap prices and an excellent selection of gluten free food for my wife

There is a place to put your motorcycle and the staff are great and very help fulk things are easy to find and they normally have great offers all the time so i check back regularly

Loved my parcel my stitch covers in such good condition and delivered perfectly I will be using this again at somepoint thank you keep it up

Great customer service even from younger staff. young girl who works there, believe her name was abbie, knows a lot about the store and extremely friendly and chatty

Great store, the staff are always helpful and pleasant. Would be good to have a bit more vegetarian food but a nice place to shop.
