Situated at the OLD ALDI SITE.
Nice sized store. Good layout. Polite and curtious staff. Parking is easy. Plenty of choice. No clothes, only socks etc. BIG DISCOUNTS on most things with the odd items at a slightly higher price but all (that I can see) are still cheaper than RRP price. Very similar stock to places like Poundstretcher, B&M's, The Range etc. Things like shampoo/conditioner, body wash at great discount. SOME GOOD BRANDS TOO. I WAS SHOCKED AT THIS NEXT BIT.....at the moment they've got 90% BAMBOO face cloths, hair turban, toothbrushes and make up bands which are REAL BARGAINS. Especially with 90% BAMBOO CONTENT. Bamboo is naturally antibacterial, eco friendly, is 'greener' than cotton to grow, wicks away moisture WAY more than cotton, keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter, is heavier than cotton, AND IT FEELS LIKE PURE LUXURY. So to say that they have items for sale that are 90% pure bamboo is AMAZING!!! The higher bamboo content, the softer it is. Yes, these items are not as thick as other more expensive bamboo products but....BIT OF A BILLY BARGAIN IN MY OPINION!!! I'm now even more eco conscious than I was previously and to get bamboo things at a ridiculously good price is amazing which means everyone can afford to be a bit more environmentally conscious now. They have a great supply of Christmas things aswell as food sections including freezer food. Wildlife and pet supplies from dogs to cats, to garden birds and rabbits. That cushion brush was 99p!!! I reckon about 99% of you will walk out with at least one 'Billy Bargain!!!' I got ALL THESE FOR £12.27 which is just over £1 per item on average.
IT'S DEFINITELY WORTH A VISIT!!!

Great shop, who doesn't love a Home Bargains visit? The new shop is big, with plenty of items in stock. There is an ample sized car park available, with 1½ hours free parking. The only problem with a visit there is that you can't just nip in for 1 item! Definitely a pleasant experience.

Love this shop, but always end up spending a fortune. Buy most cupboard staples from here as so much cheaper than supermarkets.

Such a great store. Loads of goods at low prices. Staff are friendly and helpful. They seem happy in their work. Hope they are paid well because good staff should be rewarded. Wishing them a merry Christmas and a healthy New Year.

Great store for general goods for the home. They also do fruit and veg, ready meals, frozen food, bread and plenty of other food stuffs.
The prices are competitive with other stores in town and are great value for money.
Can't complain at all, and still good value.

I went in for something and spotted laundry baskets I wanted a grey one but there wasn't one available I asked a young gent , who was Polish and he was going to look for one but I said don't worry I'll call again. He came and found me in the store holding a grey laundry basket. How is that for excellent customer service. 5⭐

Newly discovered for me, absolutely brilliant for anything and everything. I bought house hold stuff but also things for the school I work at as a specialist teacher. Really happy to spend little but make a huge impact on my students.

I've been in this store alot, great prices and bargains. Can't complain.

The Manager of this store deserves this review!! I had been searching high and low for a 'my little pony sing and skate' toy for my daughter. Sold out everywhere and no idea if back in stock. Its the only toy she has been asking 'father Christmas' for so I was gutted!! Long story short, saw a post on Facebook that home bargains had some in. Called my local stores and of course none in. Called Blackburn and was told the same. Last resort was this new store in Leyland. Manager answered the phone and went to check the shelves for me and had them in stock. I was so happy!! The best part of this phone call was the fact my daughter (3 years old) had by this point came upstairs and overheard me so the Manager (so sorry didn't get her name) was being addressed as 'Santa' and happily went along with it!! On Christmas day my daughter will be so happy and although Santa will take all the credit, it's down to the Manager of this store!! Thanks so much for your help and also wanted to thank the young lad (again didn't get his name!!) who served me on the till. He made sure my daughters didn't see the gifts being bagged and we had a good laugh about it all too. Top guy thanks again!! Will certainly be back to this store. Very organised toy section too - impressed!!

What’s not to like. My good lady would live there if they offered accommodation… just so she didn’t miss out on anything new. And the staff are smashing.

Fantastic shop, great prices and lots of choice. Loving the Jane Asher section for cake decorating supplies. Definitely be returning soon.😁
