Excellent professional service. Ordered a BMW steering rack which came very well packaged. Took me ten minutes just to open it lol. You could tell the part was removed carefully rather than just hacked out of the breaker car. Thank you NVB, you saved me an absolute packet over stealership prices. Will visit you guys first next time.

first time I have ever used C&C car parts. The staff were very helpful and went the extra mile to help on sorting my BMW spare issue. Jake with his customer service and Seb with his technical knowledge were the best I have ever come across, well done.

Spoke to Jake about a part, unfortunately it wasn't compatible with my car but he didnt just put the phone down on me he gave me the part number i should be looking for. What a legend, very very rare to get this level of customer service from a breakers. Excellent well done

So far I think this a great shop! I was so pleased when I found out it was so local to me. I'v bought interior trim, a steering wheel and all sorts!

I had a problem with an airbag I purchased, it was from a different car to the steering wheel I bought from them. I called them up, to which they said not a problem, bring it back when you can with the receipt for a full refund! (unfortunately it was the only airbag of that type they had so I had to buy another one online, otherwise I would have swapped it). I'll hopefully bring it back today or tomorrow and if they honour their word this will be my favourite car part shop!

I ordered a part for my bmw with a guy called roger who was very professional and very helpful the part arrived the next day but i made a mistake with the part and asked roger if i could return it for a refund he agreed to this and the whole experience with dealing with norfolk vehicle breakers was 1st class i would recommend to anyone thanks roger.

Jake was very knowledgeable and helpful even though he didn’t have the part I needed he still took the time to give me the correct part number and tell me where I can order it from he saved me hours of searching I do highly recommend.

These guys are SO helpful. Needed a window delivered next day as was due to go away. They got on it right away. Parcelforce managed to delay things, so Jayson sent ANOTHER window on a Saturday delivery with TNT and dealt with the Parcelforce problem.

Not many with service like this left. You are in good hands with them, and cannot recommend more.

Great guys.... Needed replacement box for my w212 e63 due to damage to drive train ( my fault) anyway these chaps had low mileage example... Got to their unit vwry early and surprised how well organised the place is... Collected early on Friday morning.... Dropped to mercedes specialist same day.... Car ready Monday .... It's a little bit tricky to find it. But there is few young lads running the business 1. They extremely helpful 2. They got quality parts 3. The prices are very reasonable. Only thing is if you're driving lowered car it might be impossible to cross the little bridge other than than very positive
