I just want to say a big thank you again for the wonderful staff you have. Finlay and Jack this morning, always helpful when needed and very caring. Lots of patience too…
Got helped this morning to my car with my plants, same beautiful experience every time.
Cannot thank the boys enough for their professional advice, specially Finlay helped me last time too… always there when needed.

We have just bought our kitchen from Homebase Inverurie. Andrew who is the kitchen designer guided us through the whole process . We met Andrew at Homebase and he took us around the showroom and went into great detail about the kitchens on offerthe styles of kitchen worktops, accessories and appliances . Andrew visited us at home and measured our existing kitchen and asked how we wanted the kitchen to look like and where we wanted our appliances and was very detailed in what we could and could not do in this space . He gave us some good ideas and said he would make several designs in both ranges . We met the following week at Homebase and we had decided on the style , range and appliances . We are very pleased with what we have bought and the service we received from Andrew . Highly recommend looking here if you are thinking of buying a kitchen. No sales patter or camping in your house until you buy . No I will phone my manager stuff for a discount .

Very well stocked, DIY household good and christmas decorations also a variety of gardening equipment and plants.

I was in your Inverurie store to purchase a garden storage box. James came along to help us and he was very pleasant and couldn’t do enough to help us. He helped my husband put the large item into our vehicle.

Such a helpful assistant called Stewart, he helped me carry all my plants in pots out to my car.A gem of a chap I so appreciate how helpful he was.thanks Stewart.

Fantastic sale now on in the Christmas and seasonal departments.
We just picked up a Rudolph ratten effect LED silhouette (red nose and all) for £57.00! The right price was £115.00, enough said!

Went with purpose to buy a ladder. Found appropriate trolley at front of store. Went to area and spoke to member of staff who found another member of staff to help. They took the ladder off shelf and discussed the different uses of our choice. Also it was a good size to fit in our car. Great visit.

I was in the Inverurie store today and I just wanted to comment how brilliantly staff were in keeping the public and themselves safe during this pandemic. The regime in place is fabulous and well controlled. Thank you for making me feel safe, well done, great staff.

This store is offering all house hold furnishings including flooring, tiles and paint. The store also sells building supplies, building tools and ironmongery.
There is a separate area for the outside including plants/pots/garden tools and lawnmowers.
A great store offering a wide variety, staff are very helpful always willing to assist.
Plenty of parking and good access to other shops.

I have ordered a new kitchen and the overall experience was excellent! Mark has been very helpful and went out of his way to support us regarding this purchase. Thank you!

It's homebase good staff

Just called to check if they had stock of a specific paint I need and the person who helped me on the phone was brilliant. Efficient, helpful, knew what I was looking for and even walked to the shelf to make sure it was there and then left a can of it at the customer service desk for me to pick up. Great service.

Unfortunately I had to return with a faulty lawnmower. In this time of lockdown, it was a superb experience. The member of staff outside the store was running a commentary on what was available / or not and who could enter when. An entertainment in itself !!!
Inside the store, there were plenty of staff members ready and willing to help, which was appreciated by all the customers.
My return process was handled with pleasant efficiency. No questions, no frowny faces, just an apparent willingness to help.
11 out of 10 Homebase, will certainly return.

When in here for a few bits and pieces as we were sorting out our garden . Good selection of items although not a lot of each item kept in stock . We purchased what we needed , staff were helpful and polite .

Great place. Its a same they closed the doors on the Bridge of Don store. Always helpful staff.
