I have had a couple of occasions I needed to get my ride on lawnmower repaired. To get to the point: my experiences were extremely pleasant and helpful. Now I have had quite the opposite experience in the past finding the staff less than helpful, dismissive and the costs expensive. Clearly there have been big changes brought in by the new management and very much for the better.
My lawnmower had (has?) an intermittent problem. The first time I took it in it seemed to have been fixed and it did work for a short while. After it stopped working (after about and hour) I then went back to the garden centre and spoke to the person at the counter ( who turned out to be the manager). Without hesitation he asked me to bring it back in and they would have another look at it. This time I had video of the fault occurring. I was asked to bring it in again as soon as I could whereupon it was inspected, repairs carried out and returned within 48 hours. I was shown around the machine and their findings explained to me with a caveat that if I had further problems do not hesitate to get in touch.
Which is why I would thoroughly recommend them.

First time here. Lovely coffee and choice of cakes and food really good. CLEAN. Very frendly staff happy to help you.would recommend a visit

Went in with my partner for the food and ended up getting distracted by the massive range of gardening equipment and machinery.
Eventually got food and it was great, fairly priced and was great tasting.
Might go again

Had Broccoli and Stilton soup and it was absolutely delicious, one of the best I’ve had. Complements to the Chef

A great garden centre with everything you need and a lot of things you didn't know you needed. I was impressed and the restaurant has a lot of delicious looking food.

The way a garden center should be. Knowledgeable staff and perfect to stroll around in a relaxed pace. Spot on with pricing and don't forget to go with an empty stomach as the cafe upstairs is absolutely outstanding. Ps you can also get fantastic meringues freshly made that day from beside the main check out. Highly recommended

A traditional garden centre which, is offering a huge variety of products what ever your budget. If you don't see or can't find what your looking for, they will make every effort to source it.
Very helpful staff, who will assist and guide you. They also have an on site restaurant, offering a very good selection of meals, delicious food.
You should be aware this centre is always busy. Good parking facilities.

Great cafe on site with a good choice of light food options, the cakes looked amazing but was already full from a delicious panini!

Really good selection of plants which were in good condition. Competitively priced too, some were much cheaper than the nearby Homebase.

Nice and big gardencenter with a wide range of machines, plants, pots, gift shop and on the top floor a diner. Delicious desserts, very nice and helpfull service.
