Bob & Berts Carlisle

My wife and I checked this place out as we we're early in town, and it wasn't busy yet!' Very nice Mocha in a tall glass and the full english was hot and tasty! Service was extremely fast, staff we're pleasant and helpful. Relaxing atmosphere and the chairs are so comfortable...highly recommend

Came to eat here for the first time yesterday. Glad to see there was such a varied menu and some healthier options and glad there was plenty of room for wheelchair access and there were plenty of staff clearing tables. I loved the falaffel - it was just delicious. I absolutely didn't mind the whole queuing business as you get to see the produce up close and it looks very well presented. My husband loved the brocoli salad he had with his wrap. Can't wait to go back.....

Great service, clean, reasonably priced. It's got 5 stairs for the food simply because I had poached eggs and they were perfect,anyone can cook an egg but not may people can cook the really well

the caramel frappe is absolutely delicious!! made with real ice cream gives it that perfect taste that all coffee needs. the interior was beautifully decorated and looked so cozy with seating areas separated from the till area, there are outdoor seats for when the weather is nice too. the caramel latte is absolutely delicious and is one of the very few places we have been to where they didn’t burn the coffee. they also have a wide variety of savoury and sweet foods to choose from depending on what you like, as well as canned drinks and bottled water. cost £8.50 for a regular caramel frappe and a regular latte with caramel added to it, which is a very agreeable price seeing as the coffee is wonderful!

Called here for breakfast on a Friday morning while in Carlisle. It's not the cheapest place, but it's much better than some other fast food outlets.
Great breakfast choices. Plenty of other menu options and cakes are available. Ample seating inside and out. Friendly and welcoming staff. Will call here again.

This is my family's go to place in town for something to eat, for breakfast and lunch. Tracey and Holly are always amazing with is and our little boy, make us feel right at home when we're in there. Nothings ever too much trouble either! The whole menu is incredible too!

I have to confess we've only had breakfast in Bob & Berts Carlisle but the whole experience was fantastic.
Very welcoming, friendly staff to greet you and take your order and absolutely delicious food.
No doubt we'll be back for more, highly recommend to all.

We asked if we could sit outside with our 2 Collies, and they insisted we come inside because they're dog friendly and love dogs - that was really nice!

There's a wonderful atmosphere and the staff are so great they almost feel like your friends! The food was absolutely perfect and delicious!
The place looks lovely and clean with the staff doing great at keeping on top of clearing the tables.
Fairly reasonably priced too but well worth every penny! I really enjoyed my visit and brunch and I would highly recommend it to anyone trying to decide which coffee shop to go to!

No one can expect this Cafeteria can be such popular in town. Not easy to get a seat during prime-time, management can do more to improve the queueing, but overall well-done and superb!!

Went in for lunch with my sister whilst visiting Carlisle. Really nice food, lovely salads and coffees. The place was also very clean. Lots of options on the menu. Would definitely visit again!

Fabtastic place to eat at, staff are excellent at what they do. The service is second to none, they even know my order off by heart.

Lucy is a fantatsic member of staff and so friendly and hard working and is amazing at her job and also very lovely.

For the first time in a long time I went in to town this morning for some bits, stepping foot in to Bob & berts was definitely the best decision of the day. Maybe the week infact! As soon as I walked in I got the feeling of a grest atmosphere and was made welcome. Each member of staff I dealt with could have not been more friendly. With so much choice to choose from in the menu I went with something from the breakfast menu. I've not had a breakfast so good in a long long time! Absolutely 10/10!!..

Would Absolutely recommend to anyone!!!

Dog friendly. They even brought my little dog a sausage which she loved. We enjoyed our breakfast too and the staff were very happy and attentive. We look forward to coming back.

An open space, with a variety of food and drinks on the menu. Good for breakfast, lunch or even just to pop by for a warm drink and slice of cake. I felt this place offered something for everyone, from the menu and the atmosphere.
I particularly like their opening hours; for breakfast or stopping by to grab a coffee is great as it opens early enough for workers and stays open later than other cafes in town, thus providing that evening coffee and snack.

At first I knew nothing about this company until I found out how popular they are in Northern Ireland. Then it opened for a launch party and decided to try them. The food is amazing and delicious and the coffees they serve are well done too. So to the guys from Bob & Berts, keep up the good work and good luck on your expansion across England.

Stopped off for lunch whilst visiting Carlisle. This venue immediately grabbed our attention as we walked past. Vibrant, colourful and very busy, we initially thought we wouldn't get a table but I'm really glad we tried. Service was great, atmosphere was fun and busy and the background music was just the right level. The pulled pork BBQ burger was delicious and the fries were spot on. Overall, a very good experience so a massive well done to the team on their service delivery and customer focus.

Really love the place. Food is delicious and drinks are amazing. The vibe is on another level. Really nice place to come with family and friends.
