Customer service was really nice. They responded to my email immediately and helped me sort out the issue.

Delivery is very fast. I received my parcel the next day despite the fact that I ordered a product with engraving. In addition, they packaged everything very carefully and securely.

I ordered Grand Voyager Compass with Presentation Box. Excellent quality of materials and mechanisms. The compass is heavy enough to give a sense of product quality but not too heavy to be useless in real life.

All in all, I think it would make a perfect personalised gift for someone who loves to travel and has everything.

Producer of high quality leather goods and men’s furnishings. Their small factory outlet is well worth a visit and we found several outstanding bargains during our visit. If you can find their products in a retail setting the items are priced much higher than you will find at this factory store.

I had originally had some issues with some Dalvey pocket watches that I had purchased from a local vendor in Brisbane. Eventually I contacted Dalvey directly to let them know of the issues and concerns that I had experienced. The company have responded to my concerns very quickly, and to date have shown a high level of commitment in trying to rectify this situation for me, and in their duty of care to me as a customer.

Received a Voyager Clock last year as a present. Didn't realise at the time that Dalvey started doing apparel. Bought two of their shirts just the other day. Best modern styling and cut of any shirts I've bought to date.

L'Ecosse et la France n'ont jamais été aussi proche en terme de livraison . Je tiens à féliciter l'équipe du suivi des commandes car après un refus de payement ( du a ma faute car l'option de ma CB était désactivée. l'équipe de Dalvey m'a contacté et suivi jusqu'à la livraison en temps record jusqu' à Marseille .Pas de photos pour l'instant car c'est un cadeau ...et il est tellement bien et joliment emballé que je laisse à la personne à qui je le remettrai sous peu de l'ouvrir. Professionnalisme - réactivité - action et souci du bien être du client sont des mots qui résonnent chez Dalvey .
