This shop is the best.....heading home from Inverness on a Sunday afternoon, realised forgot to buy a hand saw, rang Patterson's at 10 to 5 asking if they had and when they closed...the guy kept the shop open late for us to get there and saved our day. What a star, great customer service, and went above and beyond. If there were a 6 star option this place deserves it.

The best hardware store there is.Customer service excellent.if they don't have it in stock they will get for you.Also their prices are very reasonable.

I always say if Patterson’s don’t stock it you don’t need it, I always receive the best service from all the staff and I’m never disappointed at the quality of the products, it’s a joy to shop there .... delighted customer
