Opening times have changed 8 am to 10 pm even tho the websites state different

Derik the guy that works there has so much cheak talks like he owns the place talking to my father like an idiot all because I wanted a return from something I bought and I never even got my money back I had the receipt but they still said Idc they made a mistake and just said they don’t care like what!

I got banned from this shop about 5-6 yrs ago when it was co-op i actually got a letter stating that I was banned from the premises for 3yrs, every time I go to the shop the manager askes me to leave, not very fair everyone deserves a second chance in life. I think it’s not on ant I should not be banned from here. I need help with this it’s unacceptable

Rude staff never came across a more unprofessional work force .today I was in and the manager felt it was ok to shout at a customer in front of everyone going on a rumour that this gentleman has covid telling him to get out of shop .most of the members of staff take to social media to slag of customer's .it is not a very good experience shopping in your company worse customer service I have came across
