Ardlui Hotel

Stayed in Bein Dubhchraig lodge, it’s a little tired but I could not fault the lodge, the views of the lake and mountains or hospitality from the staff at the hotel, sauna and hot tub made it a week to remember, it’s a great location for travelling north to the highlands and we will be coming back - thoroughly recommend.

Yeh! Myself and my wife had a most enjoyable experience at the Ardlui Hotel. Food was great, and the staff, Dale and Kat couldn't have been nicer. Will definitely be back sometime in the near future.

A pride myself in being a connesouir of pubs, and this one is near the top of my all-time list. With its great bar, cozy window seating, pool table, jukebox, and friendly vibe, it's the type of place that you don't want leave. Dining in the restaurant was also very nice. The hotel rooms are very well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, with lots of choices for vegetarians and carnivors alike. Overall, a fantastic experience that we hope to experience again sometime.

This hotel is AMAZING!!! We came in from a day on the West Highland Way and we were welcomed with friendly smiles. Our room wasn’t ready which we were more than happy with as we were hungry. The restaurant was warm and cozy with a beautiful view of the mountains. Plus, the food was phenomenal. The best part were the warm towels that were waiting for us when we got into our rooms. Just an amazing stay! Highly recommend!

We stopped there to stretch my legs before driving back home. There is a very nice bar and restaurant. I've ordered a portion of chips and a pint of beer. Go to the beer garden if it's not raining, you will love it.

Had lunch at the Ardlui Hotel today. Fantastic Customer Experience from calling up a couple of hours before to book, through awesome welcome and service throughout drinks/meal.
The food was fantastic, attention to detail great and will definitely return.
We arrived by boat and parked on the jetty, it's so great to find a business that actually cares about boaters and embraces our business, welcomes and gives proper hospitality service.

Just visited the hotel to have a Bar meal with my family. Not only were we welcomed with a smile the staff are amazing nothing to much trouble. Food excellent and good value I would highly recommend. We visited by boat while on holiday if you are in the area make sure you pop in and visit you won’t be disappointed.

We stayed two nights in October and found it to be excellent on all fronts. Good location with views over the Loch. The room was very clean and warm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a big plate full of freshly cooked food. The evening meals were large and well cooked. Our dog was made very welcome too. Highly recommended

Stayed at this small caravan site in our motorhome at the beginning and end of our trip around Western Scotland and have got to say that it was our favourite stay on the whole trip. Amazing location on the banks of the Loch, very clean, the kids just loved playing in the water, and the food and service in the hotel restaurant was excellent.
It is small and has limited pitches but that adds to the appeal of the place.

The Hotl was situated in one of the best parts of Loch Lomond. The staff treat you like family,The food is excellent and we were made to feel special from arrival to departure. I will be back for one of the best sleeps I have ever had. And the breakfast is fantastic .
A must stay if you are in the vicinity.

We stopped for a late lunch on our way between Skye and Luss. We enjoyed a few drinks and the view from the gazebo. The sandwiches came with a few different salads and all were delicious. They are suffering a bit from lack of staff so plan to wait a bit for service. The staff are great and doing their best to keep up. Would definitely recommend for a meal.

Just stopped by to do Ben Vorlich nearby (parking across the road from the hotel for it).
Popped in after for lunch and drinks which were good and reasonably priced. Beer garden and view of the Loch is excellent in the summer.

We had the most relaxing and amazing stay here. The staff are so friendly and helpful and had good banter too. The food was delicious - I'll be thinking about those chicken wings for ages they were so tasty! We were upgraded to the Squire suite which was outrageously lux. The (enormous) free standing bath in the middle of the bedroom was epic, the bed like sleeping in a giant cloud and the views were gorgeous. Can't wait to come back!

We booked the Loch side pitches, delighted, what a view to wake up to daily. Lots of activity in the water so pleasant sitting and watching all the goings on.
Facilities are good, a tap on the pitch, Hotel great for food and drink. Hard to walk Dogs note as nowhere to go.
No shops or supplies so don’t come unless fully stocked.
Loads of walks over the Loch, water sports a plenty so just all good.
We had a great time here over 3 nights.

Ate in the small but beautiful restaurant here. All of the food we ordered was amazing and the staff were funny, kind, and fast with their service. Would definitely recommend.

I turned up totally expecting to be turned away as I hadn’t pre-booked, but to my utter joy there was one room left!
Unfortunately, it was the superior room! A bit above what was hoping to pay... but the lovely receptionist done me a deal as I was on my own and I stayed in room 22 for a very reasonable price!
The room was very comfortable and cosy and I had a lovely time sitting by the window admiring the view over the loch whilst having a wee dram of my favourite Scotch!
Absolutely worth every penny!
My evening meal in the restaurant/bar was swiftly served by attentive staff and tasted delicious. The best steak pie I’ve ever had! Followed by a very sweet toffee sponge and vanilla ice-cream!
Breakfast was just as satisfying and again was served swiftly by the friendly staff.
I had visited the marina 20 years ago and was taken back by the beauty of Loch Lomond and made a promise to myself that I would stay at The Ardlui Hotel at some time... well, I’m here and I was blown away by the whole experience. I would definitely recommend a stay here... but book in advance, I was extremely lucky!!!

Lovely location on Loch Lomond. The bed was comfy and I slept well. Facilities were very clean. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. The food was fantastic and so delicious. A beer garden gave good views of The Loch and mountains. I would definitely go again.

A little pricey for a motorhome pitch at £35 BUT a great location, well-kept site, good facilities and most importantly very professional and friendly staff. Only stayed a night but will definitely be back. Hotel food was superb and the welcome for people and dogs is second to none. Thank you to the restaurant staff, a credit to the place.

So nice to find not just a dog friendly site and pub/hotel but an enthusiastic welcome for dogs with water and treats in the pub all ready, if you're on holiday with your dogs, come here!

Stayed in the squire suite which has just been re furbed so was beautiful. Copper bath in the room was a nice touch. View down the Loch was stunning. Very accommodating at breakfast for vegan options. Would have liked to stay longer and will definitely be returning.
