Updated my navigation system including recabling, new chart plotter and displays as per the estimate within the time scale stated and left the boat clean and tidy afterwards

The first day of the long awaited sailing holiday and the autopilot on my 43ft cruiser decides to go berserk en-route from Lymington. A chance referral on Weymouth Quay to Daniel Wooton and, although busy and miles away, he talked me through firstly actually finding the control box and then how to rewire it and solve the problem. Brilliant and patient service that saved our holiday as we headed for the West Country. Highly recommended and thank you.

Phoned about a possible Furuno repair & then emailed the details as requested.
Unfortunately they couldn't help as my monitor is now obsolete, but they contact Furuno on my behalf & tried to get things sorted.

Excellent service from start 18months ago to present time. Being of the older generation modern boat electronics are a bit of a challenge. The guys at Ocean electric prepared product demos, answered my endless questions to a point where I placed the order for a replacement wind system from Raymarine.
The installation and communication between old and new electronics was superb. A few weeks ago the wind speed ceased to operate, The guys turned out and resolved the problem, not of there making B------ Seagulls Well done and my sincere thanks.

What an absolutely useless business this must be... I have a boat in the marina in Weymouth and for days now I’ve been phoning and phoning and phoning Ocean Electrics to get some work done but never has the phone been answered or has anyone returned my messages. Have even sent emails but again without any response. I can only assume that they don’t want my custom but it’s no way to run a business. Would not recommend
