Having again invested in a range of gardening equipment as a long-time customer of JBW SMITH I cannot fault the company's expert advice and excellent product range that is roughly 30miles away from me but worth the journey every time. When I came to leave this 5 STAR rating, my eye caught site of one negative response from what appears a disillusioned visitor to the shop. But closer inspection appears to me as a troll review as it does not at all reflect all my customer experiences every time I visited JBW Smith and I am sure the majority of all the other satisfied customers like me who want to leave a positive review here. The traditions of this proud family run husband and wife business are all around when I visit JBW Smith. What you immediately get from the owners is what I like about the business, the personal touch, showing you are a valued customer and not just a number. I hope those who acknowledge seeing my 5-star review helps showcase the dedication I observe every time I visit the shop. And so my loyal following continues supporting Scott with his incredible knowledge in gardening equipment and servicing expertise and this reflects on his commitment to delivering for me long-lasting customer satisfaction. Good selection of garden, forest and field taming tools. From Husqvarna to other quality makes. Have used this shop for several years. From buying my Husky 435 chainsaw and recently bought a Mitox 26u strimmer. I have used this shop for servicing and parts. Have been happy to give repeat custom. Any problems, talk to Scott. Hamish.
