Quite an experience, coming to this place.

We were attended to without delay and the staff were very keen and eager to make sure we were comfortable and catered for. We were there for over an hour while we tried on several different styles of shoes.

The staff were patient, experienced and knowledgable. We ended up buying a couple of pairs of shoes and even a shoulder bag. The prices are rather steep but that was to be expected.

Plenty of free parking right outside the door. And the whole place was very well thought out for disabled accessibility, including the entrance which was an automatic sliding door.

Came from London to visit COSYFEET and they never disappoint me I would hands down say every member of staff are always willing and happy to help! My mum has a disability that requires her to wear specially adapted shoes 👠 the way they take time with her and help her to put the shoes on to ensure correct fit makes that four hour drive in getting there so worth while because of there customer service is the reason why I don’t mind driving to buy from them! Would highly recommend this location for fantastic service! THANK YOU COSYFEET

The slippers I bought for my mum are ideal. She's in a nursing home. The quality is very good and the service from order to delivery was exactly as promised on the website. Very pleased. This is a repeat order.

Of course I would recommend! Nice to have comfortable shoes that don’t pinch my toes as Padders do! I was a bit worried but people have admired them especially my double zipped ankle boots! Normal size! Take my orthotics too

Good product, well made, I have bought Cosyfeet exclusivly since having my stroke in 2011. They always arrive on time and are well packed. Cosyfeet were recomended to me by a physio and i have not used another product since.

I was happy to give Cosyfeet an excellent rating. I made my order and it was tracked and arrived when Cosyfeet said it would - just before Christmas when postal deliveries were erratic and unreliable.. The packing was excellent and everything was fine. I learnt about Cosyfeet through my 91 year old sister whose friend ordered her a pair of Cosyfeet delivered to her home in Ivybridge. Sadly my sister now has dementia and is in an excellent care home near me still proudly wearing her Cosyfeet slippers. As she told me the other day "I can wear them (Cosyfeet) outdoors" a fact she is very proud of. I was concerned when I read there were no half sizes because I take a three and a half shoe. Feeling sure the sizes would be generous I ordered a 3 and I am happy to say they fit me perfectly. I picked up your brochure at a Clinic at Bideford a year ago and I am so glad I kept it. I would say to anyone who is worried there not being half sizes - don't worry about that because the sizes are generous. I would highly recommend Cosyfeet slippers and shoes. The sole of the slipper I was wearing was very thin and my feet were constantly cold consequently I was getting arthritis in the pads of my feet. I find the pain in my footpads has now gone since I have been wearing my Cosyfeet. I am a very happy wearer of these firm, supportive and comfortable slipper/shoes. In fact they are all that the brochure said they were.

Ordering was as simple as 1,2,3! Delivery was quick.
Bought for my husband, birthday present and much needed for his swollen feet. Win, Win. He is so awkward to buy shoes for, but he was delighted with these shoes. He could not believe how light and comfortable they are.

Excellent customer service as usual. I had a problem with one of my items and the help I received was excellent. All my items arrived within a few days of ordering them and they were all well packaged and exactly what I wanted.

My purchase was very good very comfortable a bit expensive but worth it as I was struggling to get shoes to fit with having edema would purchase again for sure delivery was good as well

Excellent service with speedy delivery. Unfortunately had to return one out of three but return was easy and refund was received very quickly.
