TUI Holiday Store

Today I was served by a young woman with wavy brown hair who's name it turns out is Anna. She was so lovely and helpful and assisted with all of my holiday requirements seamlessly. I will never be booking with anybody else! Thanks Anna :)

Today I collected my pre ordered Peso from the currency exchange.

Me and my friend visited the store Thursday morning and had a wonderful experience. We were assisted by the lovely Jazmin who helped us plan an amazing holiday to Walt Disney world Florida for an amazing price ! She made us feel relaxed, welcomed and made us laugh a lot. We left exited for a trip in June 2024 and feeling really reassured we have the best trip for the best value for money! Thank u for a wonderful experience

I booked my holiday with Alice in the bath branch after another branch from tui completely messed it up. She was absolutely phenomenal!!!!! She had so much passion for her job, great energy which added to the experience. She rectified the other person’s mistake within 20 minutes. She was an absolute delight and calmed me down straight away. I can’t speak more highly of her, she is the epitome of customer service!! ALICE NEEDS A RAISE!!! If booking a holiday in bath make sure you get Alice as she will take excellent care of you.

Just booked a 2 week holiday to Turkey through Tui, Bath, Alice was so polite and nothing was too much trouble, it made the bookings easy and stress free. I've booked with Tui for several years and Jazmin, Alice and Sacha are all knowledgeable and remain highly professional without a hard sell. They are happy to help out through the whole process and are always welcoming. Really wouldn't book through anyone else!

My trip to Japan was quite complex - four hotels over three weeks - and I changed my mind at least three times - but despite this Jazmin remembered the dates and details of my trip even better than me. She seemed genuinely interested and excited to be able to help. Exceptional service.

First time using the TUI shop in Bath and I have to say it is the best TUI shop I have visited, the girls are all so friendly and helpful! Will certainly be booking my next holiday with them.

Me and my partner visited Tui bath to start browsing for our perfect holiday. We sat down with Alice who helped us find our dream holiday in Mexico. She had been a couple of times and loved it. She had so much enthusiasm and made the experience amazing. She helped us look at all the trips we could take.

Unfortunately we was only visiting bath at the time and lived an hour away. We wasn’t ready to book on the day.

Weeks later when we was finally ready to book we went into our local Poole branch. The person we booked with at Poole, messed up the dates of the holiday. Basically the email wasn’t what we agreed to in the shop. We called the Poole branch on Wednesday and they said they wouldn’t be able to sort it until Friday.

So instead we called Alice. Alice managed to swiftly rectify the issue. She went above and beyond for a customer who didn’t even originally book through her. Taking time out of her day to help us.

We are extremely happy with the service here at Bath Tui and couldn’t recommend it enough.

If your booking your holiday do it in the Bath Tui and fingers crossed you get Alice!!
