Gradwell Communications

We recently partnered with Gradwell to provide communication solutions to our customers.

Whilst trying to configure SIP trunks for our demo 3CX system, I was greatly assisted by Joe Lucas (a senior technician) who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

An asset to the business and a fantastic start to our relationship.

The partner team have also been most helpful and we look forward to working with Gradwell.

Always excellent service with Gradwell, whenever we have an issues it is easily resolved very quickly with a phone call. I have my 'go to' whenever we need anything new ordered - James Kendrick will arrange to have new equipment ordered, set up ready for immediate use and delivered to our door, usually by the next working day with complete professionalism. The Gradwell Technical support team have been professional, responsive, always courteous and keen to solve all the problems. I would like to pay special tribute to JOE LUCAS whose professionalism has been exemplary including: a high degree of technical expertise, ability to communicate complex matters in easy to understand parlance, patience and a cool head in very frustrating circumstances with technical issues ( a number of which of which were nothing to do with Gradwell!) over several calls to ensure an effective resolution. I unreservedly recommend Gradwell Communications.

Fantastic Service, I spoke with Joe and we shared screens. I had to reconfigure all of our VoIP phones, and Joe managed to sort them all out in no time. Very Helpful!

We have worked with Gradwell for 9 years, starting with a couple of VoIP lines for internal use and their "Fax to Email" service. As our business has expanded and diversified, we have come to rely on Gradwell as our connectivity and VoIP Communications provider of choice.
Yes - there can be technical problems - but this happens with all systems and suppliers, but they are quick to step in, resolve and will learn from that experience.

One of the most important things for us as well as the service and reliability, is that Gradwell is open, honest and keen to learn what drives your business, as it will drive their business too.
At Gradwell, you matter, the money you spend with them every month matters - you aren't just another account number amongst the rest.
Our account manager Jamie Ashby goes above and beyond to help and advise where he can, likewise the Porting team and Support team are amazing at what they do and making the work required hassle free.
We would highly recommend gradwell not just for partners to work with, but for customers dealing with them direct as well.

Honestly I've been with Gradwell for over 5 years and I don't know how people have had a bad time with them. Their service has always been great as far as I'm concerned. I use their VOIP and internet services and can't say enough good things about them. The fact that my business phone number has now been lifted from a physical exchange is gold dust. Imagine building a business up for ten years, moving office and losing your number !! That won't happen with Gradwell VOIP. I could move to Canada and still keep my Cardiff number now !!!!

Gradwell always help us with our phone support very quickly. Joe has been particularly helpful setting up our queue system and has spent many hours on the phone setting this up for us.

We have been using Gradwell for about 10 years now. Never really had any issues at all. On the odd occasion we have experienced a problem it has been swiftly corrected. Cant fault the service or support staff as they know their stuff.

Sincere thanks to Dom & the rest of the team in Gradwell who i've spoken to.. Updated - too onboard critism and service has improved drastically for the better, we have MS Teams direct routing, I do hope it continues

We have recently started working with Gradwell and 3CX. The support we have received means the system is tailored to exactly what we want. We cant imagine how we managed without it!
