love this place!! always so neatly stocked and smells great with the fresh pasties in the mornings. amazing snack options and cheaper than most other shops in the railway station (especially for a quick coffee)! service is impeccable too, manager is always so nice to staff and customers. highly recommend!!

Warren's Bakery is new to Bath Spa Station and is a great addition as there were not previously any open outlets on this platform.
Service is fast and friendly and prices are reasonable.
I went for the bacon butty and coffee deal, which was great great value 👍

I pop in pretty much everyday for a cup of coffee before I start work off. Must say their range is very extensive and you’re always greeted politely with a smile. Shame we don’t have warrens in the city centre!!

Visited Bath station looking for a snack. A couple of options however I am Gluten free and ONLY one had options. Warrens bakery more famous for pasties had multiple choices. Amazing worth going and finding them on Platform 1.

With my work I'm spending lots of time at Bath Spa and got to know the staff at Warren's and I must say that the staff lady Charlotte is amazing nothing but smile and happiness, nothings to much and I see her running around all the time (bless her).

The staff here are friendly, organised, and efficient. I look forward to coming here every morning for breakfast on my commute to work! 11/10 !

Very convenient for hot food when getting into Bath. Friendly, fast service and seemed well stocked of options at lunchtime

I spoke to a very friendly member of staff even though all I needed was a cup of water because I was feeling the heat of the day.

Finally a good pasty!! As a cornish girl I'm very fussy and this does not dissapoint. I was really suprised how good the coffee was too. Nice friendly staff and reasonably price.....I'll be back 😁

Good deals have gone such as the 3-4-2, no longer warm sandwiches, last time I brought cookies here, they were not fresh and the items on the hot bed also seemed old. Cannot fault the majority of staff here though as they are always happy and friendly.

Lazy staff who come in to work just to stand in front of the till and to be on phones, reheated pasties from the day before sold cold after 11 am, dry and stale cakes. Staff very unprofessional do not acknoweledge customers, use phones in front of customers, shop messy and untidy especially pasties cabinet and hot drinks area. Overpriced and unhealthy food. Also I would not buy food item from a place with 4* hygiene rating. Avoid.

Very slow service. The staff started sending text messages once I’d ordered to the extent I had to cancel and refund my order to catch the train. Needs drastic improvement in customer service.

I bought a blueberry and lemon tart yesterday and it was very hard. Sure it wasn't fresh. Terrible! Plus the guy at the till took long time to find the product in the till.

Not much impressed with the new staff. The foreign morning lady Yolanta (manager?)is always super fast and hard working.

Lady at counter was more interested in scrolling through the phone rather than making a sale
