The best place in bath! Gorgeous animals, great for kids, lovely cafe. Really important in helping the local community in so many ways. A lovely affordable day out. The workshops here are fantastic. An absolute local gem, don't miss this in the spring /summer! The best views in Bath too!

Really lovely place, free entry just buy some food to feed to the goats or chickens and ducks. Nice little coffee shop. My only complaint was there was no soap at the hand wash station, really important after feeding/ touching animals, you could go into the toilet where there was soap but in my opinion the hand wash station should be well maintained at all times. Other than that it's a lovely space to be enjoyed.

Volunteer/donation run farm with free entry and parking. Such a great place to visit. We had a great morning there with family and friends. Kids really enjoyed the animals including goats, pigs, alpacas, pigs, sheep and chickens. Feeding the goats was a highlight!
Lovely cafe for some hot lunch and a plant shop to browse after.
It was good to see an emphasis on reminding visitors about hand hygiene and warm taps+soap were provided outside.
Highly recommend spending a couple of hours here.

Impressed by the beauty of the place, it is best to come with your kids so they can enjoy feeding the animals and the fresh air.
They have a coffee shop and many more.
Staff is friendly and polite, no comment about that.
The animals are well looked after and they look healthy.
To conclude, 100% worth seeing Bath City Farm!

Lovely little farm/small holding, perfect for children to feed and pet some farm animals. Great (muddy) walks too, so don't forget the wellies and puddle suits. Great cafe too with lovely strong coffee, and a great outdoor playground for kids. Well worth a visit and don't forget to donate as it's free entry.

Our recent visit to Bath City Farm left us enchanted by the delightful presence of chickens. Nestled within the serene landscape, the farm's chicken coop exuded a rustic charm that instantly captured our hearts. The chickens, with their vibrant plumage and endearing personalities, added a sense of warmth and authenticity to the farm environment.
Interacting with the chickens was undoubtedly a highlight of our visit. From observing their playful antics to gently petting their soft feathers, we found immense joy in connecting with these feathered friends. It was evident that they were well-cared-for and content, a testament to the farm staff's dedication to animal welfare.
Beyond their entertainment value, the chickens also provided a valuable educational experience. Children and adults alike were fascinated by the opportunity to learn about the life cycle of chickens, from egg to hatchling to fully-grown bird. The farm staff's enthusiasm and knowledge further enriched our understanding of these fascinating creatures, making our visit both enjoyable and enlightening. We left Bath City Farm with a renewed appreciation for the beauty of nature and a profound sense of gratitude for the opportunity to connect with its inhabitants.

I don't think you can really fault Bath City Farm. It is a lovely little place and hosts a variety of events throughout the year. They do a lot of work in the community and if you live locally it's really easy to pop in. The new cafe is a great addition.
