My daughterr bought a bike from the Southport store just after Christmas. The service was excellent, in particular John who looked after us. The ability to trial ride the bike before buying was superb. Thank you John and the team we were very impressed.

Don't really give many good reviews but fair play very knowledgeable and very polite staff with great customer service and honest too returned my bike with chip in paint work no bother would definitely recommend 10/10 customer service

Simon and John were very helpful pair. , Knowledgeable and put one at ease about the bicycles they were selling. One could test ride a bike before purchase. Plenty of choice from tiny people (toddlers) to pro-riders. Could not give 5 stars due to no bike securing facilities outside the establishment. I would recommend.

Online is one price, Instore is another more expensive.

Then told ok to price match themselves, but I'll have to pay for delivery (ie to collect in person that very moment 🤦)

Retuning item (in person) as too small and the store is unable to process refund for someone unknown reason.

Spending a large amount of time and effort trying to contact online, yet all i am met with is lazy customer service (AI bots) and consent misdirected leads.

All these so called business's wonder why people go else where and they go bust, it's because of the silly little things mentioned above.
