Lovely afternoon tea with a festive twist. Brie and Cranberry sandwiches, quiche, pork pie, scones and lots of sweet delights. Prosecco as an additional extra 🍾🥂

I had a roll in bacon with traditional Yorkshire tea in a lovely cup with teapot, it was very good, nice friendly staff with lovely toilet facilities.

Fantastic bacon roll and perfect coffee - friendly staff

Great place to start the day

Also loads of yummy cakes in the fridge - I was tempted and managed to abstain - what will power !

Brilliant, the service and atmosphere were fine but those scones were perfection. Will definitely drop in again.

Fantastic breakfast and great owners, we were working here for three days and used it every morning.. I only wish I had a place like this round the corner from me. 5 stars.

My friend took me as a post-op treat and birthday trip out. This hidden little jem on the end of a row of terrace housing looks quiet but was nice and busy. The staff were quick to greet and seat us and take our order. We had the afternoon tea. The finger sandwiches were generous in size and filled with our choices of filling. Small decorative salad was fresh and some crisps just filled out the bottom of the 3 tier plate. Middle.tier had fresh scones cream and jam and top tier was a choice of their cakes. I had the St Clement's cake which was a big thick wedge. Tea and coffees too. Really good value and we had a lovely time.

We had been meaning to come here for years, when we finally did go I wish I'd gone sooner.
Really friendly welcome, great menu selection, Yorkshire Tea and comfortable surroundings. We could have stayed all day.
Can't wait to return to sample the afternoon tea.

Excellent service from attentive staff.
We ordered coffee and some of the most amazing cakes.
The lemon meringue cake was zingy, zesty and tasted of lemon.
Many other flavours to choose.
Full menu through breakfasts and light meals.
Left for a walk with a bacon sandwich to go.

A fabulous relaxing place to go! Best prawn Marie sandwich we've ever had! Having tea in a china cup and saucer was delightful. Staff are so accommodating and friendly, can't wait to go again😁

Wonderful place to eat whether for a snack or meal. Breakfasts are extremely filling, and cakes are out of this world. For me as a coeliac gf bread was served with my soup, and I suspect that they will have gf cakes hiding somewhere. Lovely owners who are really friendly. Will be back when they reopen as 5 mind drive and 20 mins walk from home.

Quite busy when we went. Very good small breakfast. We were in a bit of a hurry and they were kind enough to put everything in takeaway boxes for us.

Lovely place to relax and unwind. I had the English breakfast and it came with black pudding which I haven't had in years. Take the time to visit, chat away and relax in comfortable surroundings
