Wow! I only dropped in for a light bite and a drink and was pleasantly surprised at what was on offer.
The choices our party had tasted fantastic, and is probably in some part to the food being cooked on the premises.
We were so impressed by the quiche that we'll calling back on our way home to buy some to take with us!

A stunning selection of home made cakes and produce. The vanilla slice was huge and tasted great.

Had a nice sandwich and coffee in the tea rooms and a lovely array of cakes to choose from the bakery to take home. We got a coffee and walnut muffin which was delicious

Had an excellent lunch here. Very tasty and well filled roll and lovely quiche with a salad that well beyond the normal lettuce, cucumber and tomato. Thought it was good value as well.

Stopped here on non-M6 return South. Well worth the visit. Cafe is in back of bakery shop, a bit dark at first, but LED strings actually work well.
Prompt service, nice tea and the sandwiches generous and tasty.
Fair prices from cafe - when paying at bakery counter I couldn't resist their very attractive Florrntines! It was delicious.

Fantastic the home made soup was the best we've had. Pity we couldn't buy a few tins for home. Definitely be going back again.

Called in on Sunday lunchtime for a takeaway sandwich and wow, what a place!! Bought an egg roll and a beef and horseradish plus 2 x sticky toffee muffins to feed myself, my wife and our 2 kids and we were stuffed!! Amazing quality food, fresh and generous helpings of fillings. Lovely and helpful couple serving. Highly recommend calling in.

Fabulous food!
The fresh cakes, pasties and pies are delicious. We had takeaway croissants for breakfast and they were very tasty.
4 of us also ate in the restaurant part, service was good and we all loved our food. Got to add, the bacon sandwiches were phenomenal.

Nice friendly bakery with a great selection of breads and cakes on offer. There are sandwiches to take away. The cafe area at the back of the shop is rather small and easily crowded but cosy rather than uncomfortable. The open fire is a welcome site on a chilly day. Good service and nice food & drinks on offer. Pricing is slightly higher as Kirkby is a tourist market but still reasonable.

An artisan bakery on the main street, selling huge cakes, pies and bread, in the back is a cosy cafe with a open fire
This is the star, great coffee, huge portions, and the cheese scone has melted cheese, heaven
And it's still great value

We called in here as its is dog friendly.
We were pleasantly surprised. Staff were super friendly, prices really good and food was lovely. My friend had a cheese scone, best she's had, my husband had home made soup with a lovely bread roll, I had a fruit scone cream tea. All excellent. Thank you 👍😊

Lovely bakers & cafe in the heart of Kirby Lonsdale. I'm not a salad lover but the salad combination with a ciabata was one of the best I've had, full of flavour and the black pudding ciabata was very tasty.

Lovely helpful staff and superb produce. Their restaurant/tea room hasn't reopened yet following Covid, so it's takeaway only. But there is a lovely square about 50 metres from the store with rain cover and seats.

Had a bacon and egg butty which had two eggs, 3 bacon and a soft roll to contain and mop up the delicious bacon and egg runniness. Highly recommended.

Visited here 26th Feb. Very pleasant cafe with roaring wood fire. Coffee and cake very good as were all staff members. Also dog friendly. Will be back.

Fantastic. Everything to tempt you from a large selection of cakes and pastry, to home made scones, bread.
The wild bore sausage & bacon barmcakes are THE best I've ever had. Well cooked and presented.
Wunderful stuff.

I can resist everything, except temptation 🤤
