We had the radiators replaced in our house. The whole experience from first contact, quotation and installation was excellent. Very pleased with everything. I would recommend Wessex Gas Works to anyone.

Great work from Darren and Wessex gasworks. They managed to fit boiler service and a few minor plumbing jobs in at short notice and reasonable cost. Darren was very helpful and friendly.

We had Darren come out to have a look at our system and he was amazing. Great customer service, he was thoughtful and polite with my elderly mum. He came across as highly competent and gave me confidence in his work and company.

We had used British Gas in the past and in Darren’s ‘look’ at the boiler he showed more interest and care than my BG service. I was very impressed.

Had a gas leak and couldn't get an engineer anywhere for at least 4 days, although Wessex had no official appointments available an engineer still came out to have a look and was able to secure the leak and get me back up an running the same day. top quality service and will be using them for all my gas needs going forward.

Fantastic and friendly service today from Tony and Billy. After correctly diagnosing the issue over the phone, they turned up on time and fixed my sludge filled boiler pipes quickly and on budget. They succeeded where other engineers had failed me. Highly recommended.

Wessex gas works are always helpful and very prompt. They service my boiler yearly and any issues that I've had. They are always very aware they are in my home and always keep any mess to a minimum, and tidy up after themselves. All of the engineers that have visited have been friendly, helpful and courteous. I have had a brand new combi-boiler system and radiators installed by Wessex Gas Ltd. From initial consultation and site visit, Wessex Gas Ltd have shown great professionalism and knowledge. A solution was quickly identified to suit my needs and a transparent and very well priced quote was given. On the days of installation the engineers were very hard working and were obviously there to get the job done, and to a high standard. They were even able to cater to last minute changes by myself (apologies!) with no fuss. I would not hesitate to use Wessex gas again - Thank you to all at Wessex Gas!

Wessex were recommended to me by a friend when my heating went. I really didn’t expect a call out this side of Christmas but they came the next day and fitted a part the following day! Exceptional service, really pleasant engineer and although I haven’t had the invoice yet, so can’t comment on value, but I for one wouldn’t begrudge them a penny!

Just used Wessex Gas Works to fix a problem I had with my combi boiler . The engineer who came to fix it, John (who I might add has great taste in music), did a brilliant job and even discovered a gas leak into my property that I didn't know I had. Being a true professional, after fixing my boiler, he contacted the emergncy service to inform them about the leak and they came out to resolve that particular issue. Thanks once again John for sorting things out and thank you Wessex Gas Works for a great standard of service.

Following a low level CO detection my gas fire had to be removed to allow sweeping the chimney. Wessex Gasworks promptly removed, serviced and maintained the fire during a very busy (and cold!) time feb/mar 2013. The work was done quickly and correctly by Ryan. The charges were reasonable and matched the job. Well done Wessex and Ryan.

I made the call that my boiler was broken at about 8am this morning. The engineer had fixed it with a new part by 11am. I’m very, very impressed by the high level of service. Thank you WGW 😊😊😊
