Despite the prolonged duration due to the economic climate, Ian and his team remained dedicated and supportive throughout the entire journey. They kept us constantly informed and conducted regular inspections of the property, promptly addressing any issues that arose.

The sale of my friend's bungalow was a pleasure from beginning to end, thanks to the team at David Jordan Estate Agents. From the moment Ian Pepper visited the property for the first time, he provided me with all the advice I needed to know in order to prepare the property for marketing. The leaflet was presented well, with good photography. The team co-operated at every level as questions arose and were dealt with. They kept me informed at every stage of the process, and liaised efficiently with the solicitor. At all times they were friendly, helpful and utterly professional. They made what could have been a stressful operation into a pleasure. We were let down by a potential buyer quite late in the proceedings, but the team immediately went into action and obtained relevant buyers and a sale was quickly arranged seamlessly. I recommend them unreservedly.
