From the moment I arrived in wicks kitchen department. Ray who greeted me coukdr t if been more helpful or professional if he tried, but was also personal, and really understood my needs both for the kitchen and my budget. Ray even used his own time to pop and ensure all the measurements were correct and came to my home to ensure this was all correct. . Ray has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. I must say also when ray has been day off or not in all the team have also been extremely helpful. Thank you , for making my experience less daunting and much easier for me.

Kim is an excellent kitchen designer, & really puts 100% into getting to know what her clients want & creates her designs based on your budget & the style you want to achieve. We had been attempting to design our kitchen for 4 years & would never have achieved what Kim did!
Everything was so well co-ordinated from design to fitting. Our fitters (Carl & Adam) were excellent, clean, tidy, great communication, skilled & friendly. The additional building works & the tiling were carried out so efficiently & a very professional job done.
We were informed at every stage of the process, such as when water would be off, when items were being delivered.
We were concerned about limited space for delivery due to the size of our cottage. We did not need to worry as the fitter, Dean arranged everything to suit us.
Kim came round to look at the finished kitchen & wanted to ensure we were happy with everything. Thrilled with the service we received & it is now a joy to walk in & see our gorgeous kitchen everyday. We've had so many positive comments about how fabulous it looks.

Visited the store today to decide on a paint colour for a new room, we were helped by Abby who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. We had a lovely experience with Abby helping us and got everything we needed.

Always use Wickes with my trade account and always find them to be great prices and the staff friendly. I made a mistake with a kitchen order and spoke to Leila and Lewis who couldn't have been anymore helpful to sort it so thanks guys. Highly recommend and a happy customer! Thanks

We purchased our new kitchen from Wickes which they have now fitted. The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding.
Kimberley from the design team coordinated the project and her knowledge and efforts were very much appreciated.Kimberley took great care to make this as easy as possible for us throughout the process and she was wonderful to deal with, a credit to the Company.

Carl and Adam undertook the fitting and there workrate was outstanding and they were a pleasure to have around the house and respected our home.

I have purchased a new bathroom from wicked in Preston which was designed by Kim Baluch and she has been absolutely great any problems where sorted with in seconds and absolutely lovely lady. Will be purchasing a kitchen with wickes soon and have Kimberly design it. Thankyou kim

We recently purchased a kitchen from Wickes and Kim Balch helped us with a fantastic design.
Kim’s knowledge, attention to detail and customer service has been excellent. We needed to amend our delivery date due to our build and Kim arranged everything for us and has assisted with any queries we have had or changes. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and want to thank Kim for all her help!

We had support from the very beginning, during the installation and afterwards.

The design was amazing and fitted to the absolute millimetre for which Frank and Ray were extremely grateful as made installation true to the original design - a truly amazing team!!

They all went the extra mile and nothing was too much trouble.

Great experience with Preston Wickes, nothing was too much trouble for Kim who came to measure up our kitchen, she was happy to change the design to match what we wanted in the end. Delivery was on the date we wanted and everything was there. I would definately recommend using them 😊

I ordered my kitchen from Wickes Showroom Design team. The designer, Kim, was very helpful. Not rushing and listening to all my requirements. Changed some aspect of the kitchen also after the order and before the fitting. All no problem.. Even though the fitter's costs were expensive a very good job was done by Matthew. Really pleased.

First class customer service received on worktop replacement after a number of months.
Thanks TEAM Preston the Manager and Kim Balch the ace Kitchen Designer for sorting it out. This is why Wickes are our main suppliers for refurbishment supplies.

We decided to go with Wickes Preston to renovate two bathrooms in our property (main and en-suite). We knew there were a number of issues in both bathrooms and he wanted one point of contact for all items of work being undertaken. Kim took us on and has been fantastic from start to finish (ongoing aftercare), she took note of all the items we were concerned about, made very clear how charges would be applied for them and what the process would be. She continued with detailed and considerate communication throughout the process and would there be any issue, she took ownership and sorted it. Daniel was our assigned fitter and I couldn’t be happier with my experience with him and Adrian. They were very considerate, polite, communicative and accountable in their work. As mentioned we knew we had a few issues in both bathrooms, and Daniel was very transparent about what they are, how they were caused and how to fix them, taking responsibility between him and Kim to sort it. Shout out to Wickes’ delivery partners as everything came ontime, communication was great, and the bathroom suite delivery team were so helpful and friendly. Overall we know we paid more to go with Wickes but I feel it was well worth it for piece of mind, reassurance, and warranty of work!

Just had my bathroom renovated, Kim was really helpful and did a great job on the design. Steve the fitter did a great job. Really pleased with the end result. Thanks Guys

Had a lovely experience in Wickes Preston today. Had to lug the kid and the baby in a sling to buy some quite large tools and the staff couldn't have been more helpful both finding what I needed in the back and helping me load the trolley too! Went out of their way and it was really appreciated.

Exceptional assistance by Edward in the Kitchen Department.
He should be fast tracked to Store Management.

Preston staff at Wickes are so easy to communicate with too. The atmosphere is always relaxed.

Update:
Just had three 45kg worktops delivered and the delivery man went out of his way to help me place them in the back yard.

Wickes is always gonna be my go to for kitchens from Now on.

I came to the store a couple of days ago and i was looking for a door for my home. A worker came to me to ask if i need help and i was amazed of his customer service. I don't quite remember his name but he was Scottish.I think this worker needs to get a bonus for his customer service skills. If i met the manager i would have told him the amazing customer service this kind gentleman had. Forget B&Q... Wickes is the place to go.
