NJ's CAFE

From the moment we walked into NJ’s we were welcomed by all the staff there! The food was amazing & fresh! iced latte and coffee was great. We took a takeaway box of homemade brownies / cookies home with us and they were the best!! We will definitely have to make it a regular visit 🤤

Met friends today, our first visit and it didn't dissapoint. Great atmosphere, friendly and everything home made. The apple and cinnamon cake fresh out of the oven was divine. Panini bread was lovely and a delicious side salad which is optional. Definitely worth a visit if in Carlisle with ample free parking.

Delicious food and friendly atmosphere. Just be warned, Google took me to a nondescript bend on a trading estate. Keep going round the right hand bend and look for the big NHS clinic on the right, cafe is in the same building. Well worth finding!

First visit and it won't be my last. Great food and such friendly service. The lemon meringue cake was out of this world.

Popped in after a doctors appointment as it is right next door. So much choice and all freshly made. Tried the festive baguette....I would highly recommend it. Took a few items home for later too. The staff are great and very welcoming. Give it a try...you won't be disappointed. 👌

Homemade food, delicious coffee really friendly and efficient service. Cheese scones were still warm from the oven and were superb. An excellent little find.

Lovely Lunch great coffee had a flat white Roast 440 and great staff.Tables are amazing.

Came in for a late lunch today.
Food was delicious, my husband and I both had jacket potatoes. Very tasty. Lovely fresh side salad. Good size portions, and very reasonable price.
The carrot cake was delicious, could definitely tell it was freshly baked. Coffee very nice too.

Family run business warm and friendly atmosphere, nice selection of fresh homemade food at reasonable prices.

Travelling South we were passing through Carlisle + found this cracking lovely cafe on Google search, located only 1 mile from big Tesco. New family run cafe located in new doctor's surgery. Yummy cheese scones, soups, and filled rolls and reasonably priced. Much better choice than the chain pub food nearby, easy parking too :-)

Excellent service, nice coffee and good food too, my kid was happy to finally enjoy a gluten free browny, Staff is lovely and kind So yes I do recommend this place :)

Lovely place to stop, just off the motorway. Amazing food, amazing service. Ten times better than a service station!
