The most lovely staff work here turned up a little early not knowing what time it opened and they welcomed me in and served me with a smile. Couldn’t thank them enough. Audrey is a credit to the company.

I saw the review from Amy about the staff being rude here and I've never heard such nonsense. This is a great shop, the food is brilliant and the staff are lovely and a total asset to the company. Audrey the manager is brilliant.

Great little bakery with really nice staff.

I am writing on behalf of my Dad Trevor, I cant thank the staff enough for their care and kindness shown towards my Dad who goes in regularly to collect his bread and delicious cakes.

Love this bakery. Everything is lovely and fresh, friendly staff and a fab bacon barm.

Manageress was so helpful and organised with control on customers in the queue smiling and informing them of what to do etc 1st class.

Lovely food, great selection of food and amazingly friendly staff.

Delicious bakery!

Hi, we stopped off for a couple of cakes as a treat today .Bought 2 vanilla and 1 strawrberry tart. The tart was excellent. V disappointed with the vanilla's: the filling was V pale and did not taste of anything apart from a dry dough consistency. I do remember months ago they were delicious. Not sure what you would call the filling but def not Vanilla as I know it Have things changed??

Absolutely disgusting the way the staff treated me just now . Waited in a que for ten mins to be served while they passed rude comments horrible comment s about my 16 wk old puppy crying gor me out side because they took so long to serve me they should be ashamed of them self's . Not dog friendly at all !!!!!

Very rude. I ordered on just eat, 3 items were missing so I phoned up, the woman who answered admitted the pasty was left on the side but said she definitely put in the sausage and bacon barm then looked at the order and said "ooh you ordered 2" & half heartedly apologised and told me to contact just eat for a refund. She then called back less than a minute later & was very rude saying she saw someone make the other one and it is in the bag (eventhough before she was shocked there was 2 ordered) she was very abrupt & trying to argue however i remained calm so then she said to me that she isn't wrong and neither am I so suggested the driver took it

The customer service in this shop is awful! Staff are extremely unpleasant and made me feel very uncomfortable. One staff member made me feel like I was being a big inconvenience for simply getting my tea and cake. No manners, no customer service, and certainly no smiley faces behind the counter. Will not be visiting again!
