Clean environment, friendly and helpful staff , bargains available , usually reasonably quick service, but at times due to rules and regulations that must be followed, can get quite slow. To my mind the problems are not through the fault of the staff.

I'd like to say the staff are friendly but I'd be lying. They seem to go out of their way to be unhelpful too.

Waste of time!! I'm now going to have my prescriptions done elsewhere & 'drive' as opposed to 'walk' to my local pharmacy. Scripts never ready & my CANCER injection has not been ordered (on more than 1 occasion) even though they've had the script 4 weeks. Staff have no sense of customer service & they really couldn't care less. If you do use this pharmacy, I suggest taking a flask & be in for a wait as they try to distinguish their arse from their elbow!!

Absolutely rubbish. Need staff who knows what there doing. Gave me my tablets what was double the strength. And been waiting 4 days for my wife's prescription and when you ring the phone rings 4 times and cuts off or 1 time and it cuts off.

Completely inept. Prescriptions in with them for 3 weeks plus and no text as agreed. When you do go in for it they still haven't got it ready. This has happened the last two repeat prescriptions. The shop looks about half stocked and the staff have no clue.
USE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Absolutely useless chemist. Repeat prescriptions never ready and have to be chased up. No concept of customer service whatsoever, the staff here couldn't care less! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Never have my sons medication that is issued every month and they never answer the phone and wonder why people get annoyed with them
