My Boots Deepdale shopping experience was above expectations, especially as it was Christmas! The staff went out of their way to assist me in finding the perfect products, offering valuable recommendations. Their expertise and friendly service made the purchase and gift recommendations a breeze. The cosmetic items I purchased where well received and I'm giving them a solid 5-star review for their outstanding service and products.

A clean and well managed store. A very helpful service today from Natalie on the MAC section, who was friendly efficient and helpful. She had excellent product information and I was very satisfied with my purchases. Megan went the extra mile helping to choose fragrance for my sons Christmas gift. She and Natalie are an asset to the store.

Went in to get Lancôme moisturiser which they again did not have in stock but massive , Thank you to Alisha who was so helpful and help me get what I wanted and shared her knowledge of the products. Turned my disappointed visit into positive visit.

Would just like to say a big Thank you to Reece at Boots Deepdale for the outstanding customer service. Had problems with e gift card, but Reece went above and beyond to sort the problem with extreme patience.

Chloe on Benefit made a great job of tinting & reshaping my eyebrows. The colour match is perfect & the shape of my eyebrows is very natural looking. I would definitely recommend her, go and get yours done, it only takes a few minutes. Thank you Chloe

Pharmacist was very friendly and helpful and came onto the shop floor to point us in the right direction for a medicine I needed. Can be a pricey shop but they're goid in there, 👍🏻

I was in the deepdale branch this morning, purchasing some special Christmas gifts for family. I wanted a particular aftershave by Hugo Boss that was on offer. A lovely lady came over to see if I needed some help & at 1st she thought there weren't any left. However when I told her it was for my son who has autism & it was to be a special gift, that he had his heart set on. She kindly said hold on a moment, let me double check. A moment later the lady said we're in luck, there's one left. I thanked her & wished her a happy Christmas. Then went to pay for my
purchases. I just wanted to say an extra thank you to her for going above and beyond

Boots staff are always fantastic, today Kim helped me with perfume. Always lots of choice and great prices too
