Big shout out to Tom, manager at Iceland. I helped an elderly lady who had a fall outside the shop. I went into the shop to get some help for her and Tom was absolutely wonderful. Iceland are lucky to have him. Once everything was settled and sorted my Mum and I did our shopping in a fully stocked, lovely clean shop. It was our first visit and we'll definitely be going back

I just want to give a shout-out to Steve, who delivered my order today.
I can be a bit ditsy at times and had ordered the wrong drinks.
He took the trays back, swapped them, and recalculated the price (I got refunded the difference), then redelivered the correct ones. WHAT A STAR!! Thank you Steve. Iceland, take note, he's a top employee!

Well ive not been in Iceland for a bit but since the last time it as been organised a lot better and there is a good variety of food , you can save money as there are some good deals on most items of food definitely worth a visit

I would like say a huge thank you to the manager and staff. This morning I was in a panic I work for NHS and care for my isolated mother. Shifts don’t finish on tine and she was running low on food ect. The staff kindly let me in before opening to get her shopping I can not thank you enough it made such a difference to my day her day your hero’s 👍😃

Brilliant food, brilliant prices and brilliant staff. Iceland has revamped itself. It's nothing like it used to be with cheap horrible food. It takes advantage of freezing veg, fruits,fish etc so we can get the best tasting and freshest produce. Love living 2mins away too.

Able to get everything I needed and at great prices

We called around 16.00, wasnt busy but you could see that they had been busy, plenty of stock in. Well priced in this current climate. Still worth a visit.

Until recently I would have concidered Iceland a rather tacky and low end shop, I had never shopped there, However, after now trying it and continuing to shop there for the last 6 months I would recommend it, for not only the quality of the food sold there, but also, that it can be almost as good, and in some cases better than fresh. There is however still one problem and that is my storage capacity at home.

Good deals on products including groceries, beers, etc . Amazing and helpful staff as well

It's got some great slimming foods if that is what you are looking for. They're not cheap though. They have A small selection of fresh fruit/veg/meats too. 👍🏼
