Had a really good customer experience visiting this branch of GAME. Had used the website to reserve an item, good communication and item was ready to collect. Staff on the checkout out were both really friendly and welcoming. Great service with a smile.

Went into today as I’m fairly old school and like have to face value when buying, bought resident evil and I must say the customer service is brilliant, had a good chat and laugh with the guys there. Very much a credit to game and I hope there being paid right to reflect there great customer service. Would definitely go back to this store no issues. Great stock great service. Tidy store probably the best service I’ve had from a game store in years and I’ve been to a few! (The guys I’m referring to will know who they are)

Loads of new games, went there for DnD dice and had a reasonable price.

They were very helpful in resolving an issue with a item I ordered on the main Game website, even though it wasn't really the Ilkeston shop's fault or their problem. Will deal with them directly in future and not the main website. Top service, much appreciated

If you need something for a teenage boy or video game lover this is the place to go. The service is personal. The staff take the time to talk to you, find out what you're looking for and help you... Fantastic for a mum who isn't exactly sure what her teenager is talking about! Thank you!!

Jane Manager fantastic customer service. Me being Disabled and not clever on my legs. She got a chair from the office for me to sit on while sorting my trade in for the new Gears 5 Special Xbox one X. I felt like I was a valuable customer for the 40 mins I was there. Even had a genuine conversation makes a change from robot cashiers.

Staff are brilliant. Knowledgeable and always helpful. The tall guy with the beard was really helpful last Nov 2016 when I brought my son an Xbox1. His help and advice went well beyond expected and shows a true passion. Made Christmas morning really smooth. Been back everytime we need something.

Always nice to pop in here. I don't visit more than once a month but the manager always remembers my face and is quick to come see how I am. No pressure on making a purchase or anything. Just good friendly customer service.
