We were staying in Bath for one night visiting our son who is at uni. We visited this store and was greeted by a lovely young lady (Olivia), who made both myself and my wife feel very welcome. She offered us help and nothing was too much trouble. Not only was she personable, professional and a delight she made us want to spend money there. Perfect salesperson, she will go far! Will definitely go back when we next visit.

Great staff! Been shopping here for a number of years now and display of products is very good and appealing! Manager there is a top guy as well as the rest of the staff especially the ones that have been there a few years, always very kind, helpful and chatty, cant fault them or the products! Was one guy with long hair who can be a little pushy for sales but its all good. Will keep going for the next few years too. Thanks

As always the customer service is excellent. Was looking for a coat/jeans I found both great sale on to. Staff are super friendly, attentive and helpful. I’m local so go in a fair bit and when ever there is new staff they always seem to be spot on.

Cool store and really pleasant staff - always a fantastic experience!

The store is aesthetically very pleasing, well laid out and always has someone at the front who hosts. The host (every time I've been in) welcomes me, and lets me know that there are staff near if I need any help. The manager, Shaun, has always approached me personally, and always asks how I am. He is very polite, and always dresses well in the Tommy clothing.

I always appreciate the advice of the staff, and feel that they've been very honest with me a lot of the time rather than telling me what they think I want to hear so I make a purchase.

I can't fault them, and I can recommend them profusely.

Like the clothes although at times can be expensive but had some superb bargains. Good staff given the pressures they are under as they are very helpful and friendly. Facilities are good with plenty of changing rooms, chairs for partners to sit and a compact but we'll laid out single floor.

Have been visiting this shop for a couple of years now & always see & buy something when I visit bath.I stopped for a visit a few weeks ago & oh dear it was closed for a refurb,so dissapointed but visiting bath again end of September so fingers crossed it will be open also has the Hilfiger shop closed at the Clark's village as I couldn't find it

I have never experienced such lovely staff in a branded shop like this. I walked in and every member of staff spoke they were so friendly and helpful. I run a high street shop and i truly wish i had staff as fantastic as this! Will be back!

Shopped here on Saturday 12/06/21 & the sales assistant (male) couldn't have been more helpful. He really went above & beyond to help. Great service

Brilliant range of superior quality clothing, my partner purchased multiple items and was treated very well throughout the process, will make sure to come back again the next time we're in Bath.

Very helpful staff, all kind and friendly, eager to help. Of course the products are of an excellent standard. Very comfortable, well fitting and stylish. Will be shopping here again
