Loved it here!!! Fellow guitarists, check this place out! The guitar selection is perfect, the prices are reasonable and the people there are super cool too. A lot of fun to just look around, even if you're playing on something you wouldn't be able to afford for a while!

Great shop and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I've bought stuff, traded-in and had my guitars restrung here. Always a pleasurable experience and top notch service. New room upstairs with some really cool vintage guitars.

Interesting shop in an excellent position. Good selection of quality new and used electric and acoustic guitars. Some nice pedals too. Staff friendly and helpful. Not many guitar shops around these days. Value them.

A stockist of Fender and Martin acoustics, with a handful of nice Ibanez and other brands too. The "acoustic lounge" is a nice touch to an already good guitar shop.
The selection of strings is only rivalled by Amazon.

Received an amazing service from the guys. I have ants in my pants so not the best at paying attention when I have to. But they served my partner and he's over the moon with his new guitar and the guys took their time with him and helped him find the right one to suit his ear and style and listened to what he wanted. I floated about like a brainless bumble bee. But to see his smile and hear him enjoying music again. That stuffs priceless. So thanks guys... (didn't catch your names)

Great people in store ,really helpful, i bought a lovely preowned Gibson sg and the price was really good ,awesome store and i will call in again if i ever visit Bath again 👍😊

Friendly staff, lovely range of guitars too!

This shop continues to surprise me with their staff knowledge and stock. They’ve got everything I need from strings to random parts.. and if they don’t have it.. they can order it for you specially! They even let you play stairway to heaven on their guitars… 11/10 as always! This shop beats any music shop I’ve ever been to hands down!

I ordered a fender player butterscotch telecaster and the service was honestly immaculate ! The guitar was a pre order and throughout the whole process of me receiving the guitar I was kept in the loop and it was QCd ! I cannot recommend this store enough !

Wow, what a store!
From the moment you look through the window, to the bright welcome you receive when you walk through the door. These guys certainly know what they are talking about.
The great array of products that they have to offer and their knowledge on every single one of them, makes me feel more than confident in every purchase I’ve made. The level of customer service they uphold is something they should be very proud of. After sales service, from taking their valuable time to advise, share their experience or even just simply visually showing you how to make the most of your purchase. It’s the “John Lewis” of the music world.
Ask them to play you something - they are also amazing, amazing musicians!!

Brilliant service all round - I was looking for a pick up replacement and set up on one of my guitars, and using these guys could not have been any smoother. Sam answered any questions I had quickly, and once I took it in, the work was completed quickly to a really high standard by Martyn. This was during lockdown so I can't comment on the store itself, but at a glance it looked like they had a good range for a small store! Highly recommend.
